We had a very poor experience with BlindsbyPost. We ordered 3 blinds but one was the wrong size. The company told us to return the blind at our expense despite it being an error on their side. When challenged they kept asking for more and more “evidence” to prove we measured the window correctly. After several emails with multiple clear photos and videos I gave up as it became ridiculous. Very disappointing service.

After decorating, my blinds looked shabby.
I decided to try blinds by post. I ordered slats for a small back bedroom window first to see how they’d look.
I was really pleased with them and ordered for my large front window. Delivery was quick and the price was a fraction of what it would cost to have them made and installed.

Ordered the stick fit blinds for our french doors. Very quick delivery and well packaged. Had trouble initially with installing but customer service were quick to respond to queries and very helpful. Blinds now working well and very pleased with result. Perfect fit and finish and very pleased with quality.

Dr Anthony and I were very pleased with the support given by the company. The team of young ladies who helped me out by phone were brilliant at supplying me with samples of shutters and blinds by post. We hope to get in touch again when our building works are completed. Thank you.

As far as I can tell they are well designed and engineered.

I have only had my virtual black out blinds 10 weeks and unfortunately every single slat has warped so badly that they don't cover the windows any more .rather a major problem when you brought 5 sets for your bedrooms . And spent the best part of £750

Absolutely love them, bought 6 for my kitchen and they came swiftly and very easy to fit so ordered another 14 for my living room and dinning room but missed 4 out so tried ordering the next day but in my rush I didn’t order right size brackets 🤦‍♂️
Quick phone call next morning to a very polite young lady got it sorted straight away and when my last 4 turned up today there was a pack of the correct size brackets added, would recommend to any one.
They are light weight, open with the window, easy to clean, and a lot cheaper than most retailers 👍
