Great blinds at a great price. Will definitely use again.

There's zero communication from the company who are clearly just drop shippers. They only sent one set of bracket covers for 5 blinds. Zero fixings. Not even a wall plug.

One of the three pairs of blinds broke after 5 months daily use. Blinds4uk told me it was because I had side mounted the brackets using the side mounting holes, their instructions say 'face or top mount only'. Nobody at Blinds4uk could explain why this was the case, all three blinds were side mounted the same way and the other blinds continue to work, blinds4uk simply kept repeating themselves over and over that 'their supplier' (presumably they don't manufacture them in house) wouldn't replace them because of the way they were mounted. I tried so many times to find the reason for this, but blinds4uk could not or would not tell me. In my case there was no other way to mount the blinds as I didn't want to fix them to the plasterboard ceiling as the spring tension would, in time, loosen the blinds.
My recommendation would be to find a small independent shop with staff that understand their product, it might cost a bit more, but I would be prepared to pay rather than experience this fiasco again. Buyer beware!

I had bought some blinds from them before in 2011 which are still in good condition so decided to buy from them again. Before my order, they sent me samples free of charge and also selected some for me to give me more to choose from. I ordered specific measurements of fairly small ones and regular sized ones and they all came well packaged, exactly to size and excellent quality. I opted for grain ones which are wipeable and they look fantastic! I will be buy more from them and wouldnt go anywhere else! Easy delivery and plenty of choices to choose from to suit everyone.

This company makes made-to-measure blinds....its the first time I've used them. The 2 blinds were made and dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order...impressive stuff! There then followed a tortuous situation with the couriers tracking system not appearing to function. It then transpired that the couriers...Tuffnells....had gone bust the same day...with the blinds in their warehouse! After several attempts at retrieving the blinds without success, Blinds4UK remade them and sent them out again.....blinds received the next day! Most impressive service in a difficult situation, which will end up costing them money. Would recommend without hesitation. Maria in the office updated me constantly. Overall very impressive.

Very easy to order, even amended the order by email as I realised I'd made a mistake! Excellent communication by email and to top it all, the blinds are perfect! Searched everywhere for a sage green venetian and struck gold here! Highly recommended!

This review covers 2 orders. The first for a bedroom window and the second covers 2 windows downstairs.
All 3 windows had vertical blinds fitted.

General review: I consider myself as a novice D.I.Yer and I found it easy to measure and fit the head rail. The vast majority of windows come in industry known sizes and so, as long as you get your measurements roughly right, they'll send a head rail etc. to fit.
The louvres are easy to hang but more on this later.
The materials used feel like a plastic/paper mix but look good when fitted.
How easy to clean is unknown.
The materials do look good when hung.
There are 2 pieces of string/cable which operates the mechanism; the knobbly cable adjust the angle of the vertical blinds and the smooth one opens and closes the blind.
With all 3 rails the knobbly cable will only adjust the blind by 15-30 degrees. This only creates a minor improvement in light admission,once opened, compared to the fully closed position?
The smooth cable gives full control to move the blind left/right.
Ordering to delivery takes about week, although a faster service is available at extra cost. (cost unknown).
An e-mail is sent out to confirm dispatch. Both occasions the dispatch e-mail came with COVID-19 instructions and this should be remove forthwith, as this no longer applies?

Good: Fits perfectly.
Came with weights and connecting string/cable attached.
Came with hangars, safety hook,clips,screws and rawlplugs,instructions.
Bad: Top hook fitting piece not fitted.
Safety hook had no way of fitting without heading to DIY shop. Please supply, sticky tape or screw and plug please.
Overall: Fit head rail, hang and away you go! Great 4.8 rating well done.

Fits perfectly.
Hook in the material, only fitted?

Bad: Weights and cable/string had to be fitted. I have got bruised fingers from attaching the string to the weights? Instructions on how to fit the string/cable to the weights are vague.
No screws or rawlplugs!!!!!! I had to source screws and plugs! Clips provided.
Again no way to attach safety hook. (see above).
Overall 2.5 rating. Needs Improvement.

Overall why such a difference in sending the louvers?
Pre-fitting hooks, weights and strings/cable is clearly doable?
Older, elderly and genuinely grumpy will not appreciate sore fingers from attaching the string/cable to the weights!
Please clearly show (cable to weights) how to attach in the instructions.
BTW, two different sets of instructions? Surely, only one is needed depending on how you want the customer to install?
Please, make sure ALL fixing are included!! (To fit clips and safety hook).

There is an opportunity here to standardise the installation- to make it easier for the customer and hopefully for yourselves. The goal should be to have a fully working blind within a short period of time without the unnecessary hassle of sourcing minor parts. And yes, once hung the blinds do look great!

i m happy with our blackout blinds, customer care team was helpful both via email and phone about the measurements. blinds were easy to assemble and everything went ok.i would recommend them.

Blind fits well, is a lovely colour and arrived within the stated time. My husband found it straightforward to fit.

I am delighted with all 3 blinds. Great to have a broad choice of colours not available elsewhere. They all look great hence 5 stars, but a couple of points to note.
One of the blind ends was in the wrong way, but was fairly easily rectified.
Was despatched in good time, but the delivery took longer than expected.
