My Blackview X1 watch is a dud. Looks good. Good functionality for the price but soon died. You’ll get plenty of sympathy from Blackview but no offer of a refund.

Bought a tab80 n April of 2024,off Amazon. Had decent specs,with 8+8 expanded ram,128g memory,fast processor,what they did NOT say,was came installed with an ANDROID CLONE operating system,not Android.It is called DOKE,their idea of Android,close but no cigar.Incompatible with a host of Android,and google Play games,apps.No sign of customer support.STAY AWAY.

So far new battery, new charging port, new switch board and new screen because the heap of poop at under 2 years old is total chinese garbage but sadly has photos on I want. Do not buy. Wife has one, less than a year, battery is broken, screen broke second time (so much for rugged) and her charging port is also useless. These are BV4900s, a waste of money, wont be trying another blackview. Sadly of course the EU in its stupidity has mandated USB charging ports despite the fact I have yet to have a phone where it has actually lasted more than two years, and rarely has it lasted that long. Come back the Nokia charging port - at least it worked, in fact I have a Nokia at over 25 years old that STILL charges and works

Purchased this 11 inch Tablet mainly to Cast/stream to a monitor. Whilst it connected there was up to a 10 second lag when changing host APPs. I contacted Blackview who suggested it was a software problem, but offered no solution. I did a factory reset but to no avail.

Now the Tablet freezes so I am sending it back to Amazon. Very disappointed as it had impressive specs

Bought shark 8 and after 5 months it stops charging , it didnt even reach a quarter of its life expectancy. Still under warranty yet no acceptable fix, their seller on Amazon would give me a refund upon return of handset but no way to reset it of personal and financial credentials. I paid £200 for a temporary phone that was promised to last 2+ yrs.

bought an n6000 for $200, seemed good at first because the specs arent bad but the touch screen is cheap and horrendous. from what ive heard the customer support is not helpful at all and spare screens are $30-$40 for the model i have, worst mistake ive done by trusting a brand like this, ive seen other reviews on trustpilot and looks like im not the only one disappointed by this company, please dont buy from this brand

Total total piece of rubbish steer clear two tin cans and piece of string much superior

I bought 2 blackview tab 15 pro, with both I had very bad experience it’s very cheap quality both got bended, even they refused the warranty because of it. Not recommended this product for any one. Don’t waste your money on this brand at all.

Many thanks to the Blackview shark 8 Company for the wonderful work done. In fact Blackview shark 8 is an amazing phone, so I give 100% for its rating and many stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I bought my blackview shark 8 from AliExpress online, and it works perfectly and amazing. For Charging,from 1% to 100% it doesn't not take 55 minute and it also last long. Blackview shark 8 has good many functions. Then I remembered for everyone, I am satisfied with my purchasing. Many thanks to Blackview shark 8 Company. I am Kwadwo Abraham from Ghana West Africa.

Dropped the phone and the screen broke. Rugged phone? Nope. Blackview doesn't give a crap either. Here's there response from support@blackview :

"Hello,
Your phone has been used for nearly a year, and then you broke it yourself.
So please buy the screen replacement yourself."

Nice people huh?! This phone is as terrible as their customer service.

Hi,I bought a blackview tablet 12 through a big merchant site in Germany ( I will write a separate review for that )
The tablet is still on guarantee.
Since day one it had a big problem of responsiveness related to ram that doesn't either works correctly.
I wrote to the sellers to have it exchanged. They redirected me on blackview because they didn't have one to send. Blackview also couldn't direct me to any reparation nor substitution service.
All I was offered was to have a refund and buy a new one. But, time I read the answer, the tablet in question was no longer available to buy at the same price.
So I would get a refund lower tgen what i would pay for the new tablet. Mine still in guarantee...

Dishonesty! I bought a Blackview smartphone. It lasted just a few hours without use before the battery failed. Despite repeated attempts to get any response, their UK seller pretended to not understand questions and kept this up until the warranty expired. Ebay refused to help. Keep away from this dishonest company. There is much more that I could add ..... :-(

My Airbuds 10 Pro stopped working after six months, communication with the company was not fast (China is far away, no?), but in the end they offered discount for new Airbuds. In fact, offering a discount of even 35% on a new gadget does not seem tempting to me because the old one worked for less than half a year! Anyway, thanks for response and for the offer. But the new headphones will be of a different brand.

I bought my 3rd blackview phone last year always been satisfied with their performance. 2 months ago my phone slipped off the motorcycle stand and dropped on the motorway at 50mph... Several car and truck drove over it before I was able to pick it up and I found the phone was still working but the glass on the camera was gone and the volume button was getting stuck. I then contacted the customer service to ask for an official repair service and they gave me 3 options because still covered by warranty. Send it to china and get it repaired for free, send it to a local warehouse for a 70% refund or have 50% discount on the purchase of the same phone. I went for the 2nd option and the refund was issued very promptly.
The process of emailing with customer service has been a bit long and disjointed (due to being based in china) yet still efficient.

Don't bother, I am having to battle these con artists.

I have a Blackview Tab 15, I purchased in Nov 2022. It comes with a 2 year warranty.

They offered to fix, or I can get it fixed and they will pay for repair. Great but they can't get the part for 3 months, so any local repair company won't be able to either

So I said I will have a replacement model

Told I can't ......so told them still in Warranty

Offered me half as said I had had it over a year

Reminded them of UK consumer law.

They have offered me a lower spec model.....it's not happening I will be going to Amazon next and will be informing them.

Don't bother with these, get a relatable brand that won't rip you off

Blackview is eBay is a thief, they took my phone and my personal details!

I bought an advertised brand new Blackview BV6300 on 22 Dec 2022. Order Nr.05-09493-14237.
There was 13 air bubbles on arrival, phone functioned well. I complained and Blackview apologied and asked me to return the product without offering postage paid. We settled with a $15.00 discount and I had accepted the product.
Less than a year (10 Dec,2023), the battery died overnight and I was not able to restart nor to recharge.They advertised 2 years warranty when they sold the phone. I contacted Blackview and they sounded very helpful and offered to repair the phone.
I spent $36.00 to send the broken BV6300 with registered mail. It arrived and they said it would take three months.
I contacted them on Feb 1st, 2024. They said they were waiting for parts to repair the phone, I should contacted them later, on Feb 22, 2024?
I did, received no response. Since then I contacted them 5 times in the next one and a half months, gave me no response.
I complained to eBay, the staff told me that she could not do anything but refered me to their special teams to handle the complain. In the meantime I should asked Blackview for refunded, she believed it could be misunderstanding. I did, of course, be ignored again.
I asked if I could at least go back to the purchase and leave a negative review to warn future customers, eBay refused, and said the trade was closed.

I was very unhappy as I purchased a brand new phone and it did not last a year. Now I suspected that Blackview sold me a refurblished phone as new. They advertised as new. They even advised me to send the battery-died phone back to them at my cost, so that they can resell it again.
Not only did I lose money with a second hand phone, but also I lost more money for posting a broken phone back because I trusted them as reputable company as they still have 99.4% positive reviews from customers in eBay.

eBay special team accepted my complaints and did nothing. And I was told not to contact eBay in this matter.

I was upset because:
-Blackview was/is allowed to advertised 2 yrs warranty and they did not have intention to carry out, eBay would not do anything with it.
-Blackview advertised brand new phone, and sold me a refurblised phone ( I went back to the purchase of BV6300 in eBay, the details of phone had been changed, it became "opened and unused phone", "seller paid for return postage", "2 years warranty") It meant that seller could still go to the web page and changed the details of product after sold.
-No bad marks was made even though I could prove whatever I said with evidence.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS I COULD NOT ERASE MY PERSONAL DATA BEFORE SENDING THE PHONE BACK, BATTERY WAS FLAT AND WAS UNCHARGEABLE.

I have a Blackview tab 12.
Wish I'd of stuck with an ipad which has a home button.
Can't seem to get back to home screen without having to swipe through all the pages that I've looked through on a Google search.
I find the keypad annoying too as often it misses a letter despite pressing on said letter.
Maybe it's not sensitive enough.
The charging cable is seriously short!
The battery usage numbers at the top of the page is tiny and really hard to read / see.
Wouldn't recommend this product.

Blackview tablet 8 bought on Amazon not even two months old. It’s stopped charging and it has bypassed Amazon 30 days of refund. But still under two year quality guarantee, I have spent days contacting blackview international/Europe etc only to get a reply it’s not their problem but Amazon’s problem. I wouldn’t normally try so hard but it was bought for my son. Who is not without a tablet for doing his homework etc and playing a few games. But basically €300 down the drain.

I bought an active 8 pro off blackview and the charging port is all ready dying, I bought it back in September so its around 5 months old and I had to buy a new charging cable because Blackview refused to replace it under warranty after 2 months of having it
supposed to have 2 years warranty but I seriously doubt they will honour the deal and it wont last a year the way its going and yet my old Apple Ipad 2 is still going perfectly after 13 years, I thought China was supposed to be communist but they sure seem Capitalist too me, you get what you pay for and in this case its complete and utter crap
