Have had a good experience with the BV8200 smart phone with its rugged looking case and and great screen which has really good clarity. The spec of the phone ensures I can run multiple apps in parallel. Had some questions on the hardware which the customer service answered promptly.

Good quality products from this company made at an affordable price.
Have bought a few products now from Blackview. A phone which was very affordable and functioned the same as higher priced brands. A tablet which was very affordable and worked brilliantly for my son. It also came with all the bells and whistles like case charger and even a screen protector.
Delivery was on time. Have not had to contact customer services as haven't had the need yet so can't comment on that.
Both products are still in use and working so I'm happy!
