Bought a Hero 10 (flip phone) for the UK, phone looked great but had problems immediately with the screen making the phone unsusuable. However, my good review here is based on the company overall. The phone came with a bespoke cover that was not expected and was packaged really well. It arrived within the delivery window and postage was free (despite it being from Hong Kong.) Their communication was prompt and very human, not standard responses but as if someone had actually read your email. I returned the phone and received a refund. Not the full stars because I couldn't use the phone I bought and it cost over £20 to return, which, despite it saying so in their policy, was not refunded. However, having dealt with numerous other tech companies who boast about their customer service being based in the UK etc, Blackview had far and above the best I've used. Would use again when their products match the quality of their after sales.

Bought phone and fingerprint sensor stopped working after a month,done everything even a factory reset no joy.managed to get replacement phone, having to pay postage again and guess what the fingerprint sensor went kaput on replacement phone

The website claimed to work in Australia with to Telstra network.
It does not and can not be modified to work in Australia.
The return policy for refund requires you to send it back to Hong Kong at your expense $104.00 Australia.

I got a blackview and it already acting up, it can't even run 2 apps and it keeps saying the battery is too high either know it's normal temperature, and the tablet keeps shutting it self down for no reason.

Have had a great experience with Blackview, I have bought both their phones and their tablets oh and some earbuds too.

They are fantastic value for money, they rival the bigger brands but for a fraction of the price and everything always works great.

My husband and i are extremely disappointed with the quality of our tablets. Despite being used minimally.
multiple devices have developed issues within months -
We bought 4 tablets, and 3 of the tablet screens stopped working, and another has charging problems. We've had a poor experience with customer support, with no response to our email about the screen issue. This is frustrating, especially after having a relatively smooth return process with the first faulty tablet."

I bought a Black View tablet this month that's June 2025. It's running Android 14 but the whole thing is buggy. It was supposed to receive all my files apps and passwords over seamlessly but it didn't. It won't recognize any security code sent even if I reset the passwords. It's full of adverts. It's transferred over a disappointing amount of videos pics and general data but worse the videos are not now opening properly on my iPad. I can't wait to send it back.

This is my third blackview phone and I love their phones. Cheap and cheerful. My latest phone is the wave 8 and although isn't perfect it's a quarter of the price of a similar Samsung. It's easy to use. I've never had a major problem. I'd always recommend this company.

i bought a wave 8 black view phone and iam very disapointed do not listen to the reviews on google this phone exits me out of apps randomly it freezes randomly and will not turn on for five minutes and the fact that i ve bought this phone recently is horrible this is a horrid company bluetooth barley works when i am telling you do not buy this phone because its overall trash and i am at my limits. my father bought it because it was rather cheap and now i see why its cheap because it SUCKS.

Very disappointed with this telephone brand, I recommend you read the sales policy carefully.
I strictly advise against the purchase of this product whatever the model, from my experience I seem to understand that they work in part only if they are used in china.
I have complained several times on the malfunction of the device, without any positive outcome. not to buy absolutely

I'm on my second BL8800, but ran into same issue with the quality of the usb-c charging port, it wears out in about 1 year. It starts slow, when you have to move the charging cable a bit, but after a while you keep trying the cable to make contact so it can charge properly, in the final stage, only manual keeping the cable into a certain position will enable charging.
Blackview keeps silent and I can only assume it is a low quality issue of the component in combination with high power charging (temp?).
I must say for all other matters it is a very nice phone but with a critical flaw.

Bought a 10" tablet a few months ago from a very large online retailer , and went for a Blackview as reviews were good and it was very good value .
4 months later still going strong and is faultless and just as good as the one it replaced (South Korean, major brand)
Just shows you with Android a minor brand is as good as a major one . Would buy this brand again .
In fact just looked up date on Amazon and realised my teenage daughter has a Blackview smart watch and ear pods , and she hasn't complained

Have brought from Black view and it's a reliable brand with quality brand. Their phones are worth the investment.

Being tired of thin and flimsy tablets with terrible cameras, I started searching for a better option. The Active 10 Pro is an obvious choice. Huge camera sensor, huge battery, super durable and good looking at a fantastic price. I doubt I will ever own an iPad again.

I had the opportunity to try the blackview mini pc MP100 and it was more than wonderful, honestly, this brand deserves support

Blackview offers great products at affordable prices. They are highly competitive without being overly expensive. Their after-sales service is very helpful, with good communication and support. Phone charger port breaks spend week sending messages then saying they can send me new charger port but got to pay to get it fitted my self so much for 13 month warranty

I bought a BV9300 Pro. Ever since it arrived I have had problems with it. It's very slow, apps freeze all the time. Customer service is abysmal. Only solution is a hardware fix which is impossible to do, or send it back at my cost and wait roughly two months. Blackview Don't care are not interested and frankly just bad. Don't buy a blackview!
