It shipped out of Oregon
It shipped out of Oregon, I can't believe you couldn't make a two minute call to Isspro's home headquarters and have it dropped shipped to me. Put the order in on the 22nd, you took my money on the 26th and you held my money for seven days before making that two minute call or what ever you do to drop ship it to me. Most reputable companies don't charge until the product is shipped! I can understand Holidays messing things up a little with the parties and etc. but seven days to drop ship it? You even waited 24 hours after finally getting it shipped for me to beg you for a shipping number, then gave it to me. That's low, is that a NJ attitude? Come on, get real! Black Smoke will never get my business again. I'll pay double or triple some place else. Put your self in my shoes for just a second. Besides, haven't you heard its uncool to blow black smoke, I hope you go out of business!?

Glen, sorry to hear about the issues you have had. Just to clarify some details, you placed the order with us on 12/22/17. On the same day we forwarded your order to ISSPRO to be drop shipped, since all satellite warehouses had none in stock. It took ISSPRO until 1/3/18 to build and ship your gauge. We forwarded your tracking information that very same day. We sympathize with your frustrations, but you must also understand we are only the middle man, we do not build these gauges and we are at the mercy of the manufacturer and their holiday schedule to get your product built and shipped. 17x11 8 bolt Mickey Thompson Wheels
I did a ton of research after finding the wheels i wanted at the manufacturers website. I took a chance on black smoke because of the excellent price they offered. The first set of wheels i ordered where the wrong offset so i had to return them. I had absolutely no issues in obtaining an RMA number from black smoke. The return process was painless and fast. I love my wheels and would highly recommend Black Smoke Industries! Dont hesitate to but from them.
