I've placed a few orders with Blacksmith Store now and each time I've had a fantastic shopping experience. The webstore is packed with a broad range of EU exclusive brands and 'stock alerts' help ensure you're kept up-to-date on when product becomes available again.

Shipping is quick and items have been with me within a day or two of ordering. Fred and the team are really friendly and on the occasion when there was a slight issue with my order, they went out of their way to ensure that this was rectified in a timely manner.

Couldn't recommend Blacksmith store enough, if you're in the market for some great everyday wardrobe stables at affordable prices then give them a try!

I live in the States and was a bit weary to order a product because of shipping. However, the entire process was very easy and seamless. They shipped my product out immediately and I had it at my doorstep in less then a week. The hat I ordered is top quality and was so nice that I have already ordered a second one in different colorway. Communication was on point as well; I messaged them about hat dimensions and they got back to me very quickly with all the details. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely continue to use Blacksmith Store in the future.

I've been a Blacksmith customer for over a year now and have made a number of orders in that time. The products are always in perfect condition, are exactly as the description states and are dispatched efficiently. I accidentally ordered the wrong size on my most recent order and reached out to customer services to see if they could amend it before it was dispatched. The size change was sorted before dispatching with no delays. My new hoodie is, yet again, a wardrobe favourite.

I have trouble buying trousers because I have chunky legs. Blacksmith were happy to exchange products for me (more than once) so that I could get the right fit. Great customer service - super helpful when messaging on Instagram.

Top class. Bought a tee and jumper off these guy recently, i messed up the sizing, emailed these guys saying i was abit shorter and stocky for the brands i went for, they emailed me stright back and help me find better fitted brands, swapped them out for a pro club tee and a camber crew. Products are immense quality and the customer service has been second to none. The lots are doing it proper, will be spending plenty more with these lot. Mad love.
