Wanted my transaction to go well and it did not. Day 7 after ordering received a 'delay' email. Tried to cancel my order several times over multiple days which was ignored. Finally got an 'your order has shipped'!!!!

From the website -- "Depending on your order time, most orders ship the same day they are purchased." For me, this statement is false.

This review is not for the coffee itself -- it's simply for customer service or lack of it.

Will not order from these folk again no matter how good the coffee is!

I am a Vet and ordered a coffee subscription with them and it applied a discount for being a vet when I initially ordered then when the next subscription went out it was full price. I thought maybe it was just an error and called customer service and was informed you only get military discount on 1st subscription order. Nowhere does it tell you that at all and without the discount you can buy it cheaper at Walmart so what is the point. Also has been 8 days since the subscription reorder and asked about that inky to be told they are having warehouse issues and it will be another week before I get it and none of this was communicated. Canceled!

Excellent coffee

I believe this company is strategically advertised when in reality the coffee isn’t that good. I’ve tryed 4 different kinds. Every time I drink it I get diarrhea.

I bought a prepaid subscription for my son for a Christmas gift. It was for a year. 2 weeks ago I get a notice they are canceling these. They wanted me to use up the credit with them for products. I refused wanting a refund. I can get the coffee thru another source. Now it may take up to 2 weeks to get the refund. I am very disappointed. Their website is not always use friendly. Poor customer service

This coffee was on sale at Safeway so I decided to try it. It's not very good at all I feel like I wasted my money. And then I found out the politics behind it so now I'm really pissed that I wasted my money on it

If they’re using non-GMO coffee beans with regular coffee beans that is a horrible practice. It should be stated on the package non-GMO or not genetically modified anything can cause severe harm in your body even cancer. I’m returning my black rifle coffee. I only drank a little bit and I’m going with organic brand organic you know is definitely non-GMO and no chemicals for the most part Kirkland organic coffee, Deathwish organic coffee and maybe black rifle but I’m not going with black rifle anything because of plastic in their coffee and they hide their non-GMO with regular coffee beans which is horrible these are probably DEI veterans , if they don’t support Trump🙏🏼🇺🇸💜fdon’t buy this coffee 🔥👿

Waiting now 2 weeks for my order. Terrible customer service. Tracking from DHL is worthless.

Passed by and wished there were more near decatur and Atlanta where I live. Exceptional service Coffee and great menu. I went thru drive thru. Great sandwich! I’ve got to stock up!

I had a wonderful experience at black rifle coffee company, the barista Kyle was wonderful at helping me make a choice on what treat I wanted and my coffee was excellent❤️

I bought black rifle coffee. I’ve used several different brands of it in to my astonishment. They taste like soapy water when I use their coffee. It has no taste. I would not recommend you buying this coffee like a strong coffee, but none of them that I have tried they all taste really bad. That’s all I can say for their coffee.

I was part of their coffee subscription club for years.
Ordered K-cups for myself, family members and friends who all loved the coffee. However, in the last year or two the company sacrificed us old loyal customers for new ones most likely or just no longer care about customer service...just their profit line. Problems still continue with changes to subscriptions, chat service never working, and website prevents checking out once items are added to an order. No longer a reliable company.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Black Rifle Coffee Company. I attempted to cancel my subscription twice, but the process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. When signing up, the company requires you to select four different coffees, which are grouped together as a single subscription. However, when you try to cancel, they only cancel one of the four coffees, leaving the other three active—and you continue to be charged for them.

To make matters worse, their cancellation process is cumbersome and requires direct contact with customer service, rather than offering a straightforward option online. Despite reaching out to their customer service team twice via email to address this issue, I received no resolution. They refused to offer any refunds or returns for the unwanted charges, and when I asked for further explanation they just stopped responding.

This experience has been highly disappointing, and I would caution others about the lack of transparency and poor customer service practices.

This company makes the best coffee around!!!! And it is veteran owned. How much better can life be?!?! I have been buying from them for 2 years and will continue for as long as they are in business.

Deciding on the number of stars was hard. I have had significant difficulty with "customer care," however, the blend we are now subscribed to is the best we've found (and my husband/veteran) is a total coffee snob. We have come to terms with the slow shipping and poor customer care in exchange for quality....and we understand that to keep quality they have also elected not to grow rapidly (sacrificing quality)....so we will remain loyal.

The coffee was OK I totally bought in for the vets, however the customer service is actually the worst I have ever received . I had a subscription for a couple years and any time you have an issue it’s a major problem. Nobody wants to speak to you. You’re only a customer. Impossible to contact. They can email you back if you want or you can do AI ? Sketchy at best ! Now I see you support Obama ✌️ so much for the veterans !

Shipping from KY to TN used to take 3-4 days USPS and the orders shipped on the renewal date. Now it takes 4-5 days from the date they charge my card for the order to even ship with a "USPS Partner" (DHL). Then it sits in Hebron, KY for 4 or 5 more days before transferring to USPS. 2 months ago order was lost and after 2 weeks had to be resent. Political views of management are very liberal for 'ex-military'. Sad because coffee is pretty good, cancelling my membership.
