THIS IS A SCAM PRODUCT!!!!! AVOID!!!!
I ordered a pair of BlackPod Pros in May 2020. Six weeks later and I'm still waiting for an update on shipping.
COVID and a change of management is being used as an excuse for the delay to responding to emails, which they say they are still backlogged to March!

I ordered and paid in January and now it's Mid June. I've heard nothing except automatic emails stating "We are dealing with it- do not reply.". I have sent 5 emails asking for money back and had nothing sent back to me to acknowledge. They are a disgrace and I hope they get prosecuted.

Alter 5 weeks I have not received at all my black pods. So I think it is a fraude and I ask for my reimbursement

The Bluetooth connection kept dropping and the sound quality would be scratchy at times. Not sure if it was just my set, but the overall look was great and the connection to my iPhone was very simple just the sound quality was spotty

I bought a pair of BlackPods for my daughters birthday. Ordered them 2 weeks before that. I had to email customer service because they haven’t moved in a week and a half. Said they would be here in time. They did make it on time. A WHITE PAIR....... I emailed and was asked if I ordered white ones? (Didn’t know that was a option based on the name of the company.) Said nope I ordered black ones. Even shows a pic of them on the order. Daughter tried to use them for 2 days. One one works. I reset everything after being told how by emailing the company again. And......... They don’t work. Only the left one. So I email them again and ask for a new pair, this time in black. Was told that they would get this order to the warehouse and have sent out right away. Get a email from the warehouse saying they got the order and it will be shipped out. NOPE. Get another email from BlackPod saying that the order can not be sent because? NO BLACKPODS AT BLACKPOD........But no worries. They will be back in stock in a couple weeks. Ummmm. Ok. But I get 25% off my next order. My next order????? No thank you. I should have just bought the real ones. P.S. Daughter is still waiting for her birthday present.

I never received the blackpods. and they never give me back my money

Never received the pods. Paid for them. Never received. No customer service. I don't have any reply since then. Terrible. Not even money reimbursement. Your mistake...I pay

Great product at a great price...shipped in decent time...the only thing that could have made it better was giving me a estimated receipt date so that I knew to be on lookout.

I had connecting issues at start and then when I talk on the phone the other person can’t hear me properly. Also pods wouldn’t work after a week of using them so I tried to forget me device and reconnect but now the pods won’t connect to any phone.

Waited 2 months for my purchase and when they arrived 1 pod out of the 2 sets I ordered stopped working after a couple hours. I emailed about my issue and they told me to try to charge them again and still nothing from the company. I guess I should have just bought the real AirPods. I’m sure apple would have better costumer service. Not happy

Product is completely unusable and not worth any value when they do not work well at all.

The design product looks good, specially the black matt one.
When you charging the light is off..probably was better if in recharging was orange and then green at the end.
You can hear some noises in input..maybe that part could be better and you can work on it.
But in general is a good product!
