Blackmore UK are an outstanding company. They professionally collect, audit, document, destroy, document and certificate all my IT waste.

I'm in such safe hands with Blackmore UK. For example they come to site as organised and barcode every item they are taking away and log it meticulously. I'm then told it's arrived safely at their facility before all data is destroyed and I'm provided with a certificate to evidence this.

I know there is even more hard work that goes into this process but I've used Blackmore UK for probably 10 years now and can't rate their professional service, experience, processes and customer service highly enough. Well done team

As a client and customer of BlackmoreIT for a few years now, their service is the best of any company I've ever worked with.

They are communicative, helpful, friendly, supportive - I have recommended their customer service to multiple people and purchased from them for my own family. The laptops I've purchased have been clean, responsive and with no faults - you cannot tell that they had been used beforehand.

As a client, they are again communication, helpful, friendly - they're punctual and communicative if unforeseen circumstances prevent them from being so. If there are any issues at any time, they are communicative and very responsive.
