Shocking company, no customer service and no products. I’ve applied for a refund via my bank.

Just wanted to say that I did eventually get my 2 orders, so if you guys are reading this, you will probably get yours too. Just takes quite a long time (around 2 months for me). I posted a rather angry review a few weeks back calling the company a scam, but I take it back. 3 stars due to the long wait time.

Do not order from them! I’ve been waiting for over 5 months for my order! This place is a complete scam. They will not respond to you. I’ve called, emailed and sent messages on Facebook. Terrible customer service..

Awful Service.

I gave them another go after waiting 3 weeks for my order back in November. Having placed my order 5 weeks ago and not heard from them I finally got through and was told it’s being dispatched and I will get a full refund last Tuesday.

No refund and no order, do not use this scam of a company who just steal your money and never deliver your products

I love their products but their service is appalling. I ordered 2 weeks ago and have not got my items. I've tried and failed contacting them numerous times. This did happen previously (months ago) but was resolved and I've given them another chance... big mistake. I've had to do a chargeback to get my money back. Such a shame as their stuff is good but you never get it... oddly a day after putting this review up, my stuff arrived!

Scam company, listed as insolvent in 2020. Still operating and raking in god knows how much money. Very easy to find the owner on LinkedIn and Facebook.

Been using them for the last year or 2 with no issues. Delivery was quick and the products are great. Would honestly go as far as saying 5☆ Quality.

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and no updates on it being processed or anything. I've now sent 2 emails with a BLANK automated response. It's making me think that maybe they've went bust? As I can see I'm not the only one having issues the last few months.

I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTIME SOON, STAY AWAY.

Such a shame, great products and they've potentially just lost their customer base for good.

I placed an order over 3 ago but I’ve not received or heard anything since, I’ve called loads of times but just get the voicemail, I’ve sent emails and messages on different social media platforms and had absolutely nothing back, shambles

Do not order from them! Happily take your money but the products haven't arrived almost 3 weeks later. No response to emails or calls!

Bought from this website and they haven't sent the product. Not even a confirmation email for delivery. Have tried contacting them and receive no response by email or phone. Do not but from blacklabel

Order placed on 24th March and still no sign of the product I order. Sent countless emails and called the non existing helpline number and received no response at all, bunch of crooks now need to somehow get my money back, ordered from them a few times and previously no issues, what has happened to this company???

Update 14th May - Finally received my item, was never even informed it has been posted. I contacted them via Facebook Messenger and that actually seemed to get a response. I was informed that I would receive my order with some free items thrown in for good measure, obviously I didn’t receive the free items as any compensation. However just happy to have received my order. However won’t change my review and I won’t order from them again, shame as it used to be a good company.

I flagged them up with my bank.
Absolute fraud

Placed an order with them and 2 weeks later I had nothing delivered. I've emailed 4 times and called and no reply.

Genuinely awful company. Took my money in November 2021, cancelled my order and they refuse to give me a refund. I've emailed, phoned and left voicemail messages: no replies to emails, no one ever answers the phone and no one replies to my voicemail messages.

Avoid at all costs. Scam company.

Paid for over US $200 order as I was ordering in bulk for the year. Never received items and emailing or calling them gets no where. False promises of delays due to COVID is a joke. It's a massive SCAM and they shamelessly still promote their website to be ordered from.

I received my product last year but mine broke after a matter of months, I also can't get a response to my email and the telephone goes to voicemail.

Ordered a package costing £35. Never had it, took my money, emailed them 6 times never got a response. Don’t not use them. Still waiting for my order, but nearly 4 weeks now, don’t expect to get it, have claimed money back from my bank

Numerous promises, numerous excuses was all I received, no products, it has been 5 months now! No more to be said, shocking and scandalous

Shocking customer service, emailed about item not arriving after 3 weeks and heard nothing back! After almost a month still no product! Took my money and not got anything to show for it!! Awful company DO NOT USE!!!
