Founded in 2021 by Joe, who has over 25 years of experience in landscape design and water feature construction, our company is fueled by a passion for creating serene and beautiful outdoor environments. Joe’s background includes running a landscape company specializing in water features, and he decided to focus exclusively on this craft to deliver the best possible results for his clients. Joe Zawistowski found his passion for constructing beautiful ponds early on in life. His father was a contractor, and Joe was lucky enough to have a front-row seat to everything he had learned by being in the craft. But little did he know, he’d go on and create what is now known as Black Koi Water Features. From constructing his mother’s pond as a young kid, Joe has built masterpieces all over the world of intricate waterways that make any landowner feel like they have their own piece of paradise. With so much fondness and love for the trade, it’s no surprise that every feature he builds is an artwork just waiting for crowning with water to complete its graceful beauty.
