Blacbanx is a re-branded WB21, and a well organized vehicle for a massive fraud, though it is very possible to now re-cover all stolen money and recoup redirected transactions. 

WB21 and the now Blackbanx Group is not a registered bank, and the founder Gastauer's ‘solution’ is actually a circumvention of banking regulations designed to disguise his clients identities.

Details to request charge-back by forwarding complaints in mail for victims is attached the heading of review if needed, to help get all your money.

Do not use Balckbanx.

Black Banx isn´t a trusted company, I have transfered mooney to their Brazilian Account in August/2019 and till now, they didn´t discovered where is the money, I lost about 50 USD

Never Got my money back - or a proof of where it is.
- It was a bad experience.

We have not received our withdrawal request for over five months. The phone numbers on their site do not work. The phone number of their nominee is a googlenphone and turned off. Their support doesn't respond. We may have to seek very long and convoluted ways of requesting our funds.

I HAVE SENT A LOT OF E-MAILS TO THEM AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ANSWERED. Unbelievable!!!

I deposited some money in this bank in October of 2017 and since Jan2018 I have been trying to withdraw my money out from this bank and they do not process my outgoing payments. During this period the payments were refunded three times and nothing has reached their destination... I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED with this bank.

This company Black Banx had another name WB21 and recently they changed the name. When I saw they had changed the name to Black Banx I thought now they will make my payments be process. I was wrong...

Now it is even worst... They do not even reply my emails anymore. And I have sent a lot of emails. They are ignoring and the main thing they do not pay me they do not make my payments be processed. I am desperate because I do need this money now... I trusted in this company and now I do not have my money available to me.

Then according to my experience with this company I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

This fintech was previously know as WB21. They have changed their name but couldnt improve service quality. I have open wires from last October!!
I have finally decided withdrawal my funds in a different currency. Brazilian Reais. I have set the transfer in 4/5/2019 and one month latter again my funds are disappeared.
Unfortunattely the bad experience using their services repeat over and over and over. My transaction wasnt completed again and funds did not return.
In case they have the dignity to read this complaint the Transaction ID is 696820190504170057567. And they have put under revision my last review what is an absurd since they lost my funds.
