Lost all my payments, charged me for cutting me off
They lost all of my payments and threatened me with debt collection. They cut off my Internet, then told me it was all resolved and they had found my payments. They reconnected my service and now it's all started again with them losing the payments. Debtor notices received for payments made well in advance of the deadline. Won't let me out of the contract. And they are charging me for the months that they *wrongly* disconnected my Internet. Please, stay well clear!
