Placed order and not delivered, requested refund, still waiting

order placed for item on 10 july. no acknowledgemen via email.when logging onto website it doesnt recognise order ref or email. I am positive this is a scam company and advise everyone not to use.

I purchased simple scrub,it won't charge due to faulty cable charger,I messaged them 4 times,they say they will get back to me,they did the 4th time,I asked for a new charging cable, they said contact who i purchased, I have 4 times,I am contacting PayPal to solve this problem. I paid through PayPal and have conformation that I did.Terrible way to treat customers,I have bought loads of their products over the years.No more.

They literally stole 85 euro from me I bought baby food after I paid they blocked me from accessing the website shame on biuky SHAME ON U U STOLE 85 EURO

If I could I would give it no stars at all, made an order in January, already in may, never got my order, or even an email, tried contact them several times, just to find out now my order was cancelled without any notice or refund.
Would never recommend this website, total scam

I placed an order in February and received a confirmation email. My account was charged $51.00. I have sent several emails asking for the reason for the delay, but have not received any response. Additionally, I noticed that the products I ordered are not currently available on their website and they are carrying fewer products than before...does it mean that they are having problems or they are about to close the business down?

I have been waiting for my order more than three weeks and it is not way to contact them. I just wasted £35.

Well, I've learned my lesson. I wish I engaged in a bit of research first... because I have an identical story to the submissions posted here.
Made an order on the 15th of February 2024, was told it would take between 9 to 12 days to arrive.
Since then I have sent multiple emails and submitted messages via their Contact Us portal and received nada in reply. One of the emails I sent even bounced back as the address was invalid. Scammed :(

No response from Biuky & Carethy.
I bought a product on line on 23 February and dit not arrived.
Payment was made and confirmation email received that my order confirmed.
I tried to contact Biuky & Carethy but no success.
They are Skammers!!! Watch out!!!

Failure. I am waiting for 2 products that I ordered over months ago. I tried to contact them in various ways, of course they did not respond. Fraud and waste of money.
I want my money back!

I also placed an order for 42 euros for Tabac Deo.
It's been weeks and still nothing. I have now sent emails 5 times but no response at all. When I now enter my order number, nothing is visible anymore. So I got scammed. Shame!!!!!

Stay far away from ordering at any website which has to do with Biuky or its owner, Carethy. I ordered on 4th January 2024 food supplements on the Portuguese website of Biuky to a total of EUR 64,19, which according to the Biuky website would be delivered within 3-5 days. Now, 6 weeks later, the order has not even been processed and I doubt that it ever will. No matter what country you look at reviews from, the same pattern is shown in around 90% of the reviews: The ordered goods never show up! I am now filling police fraud reports to the Central Fraud Unit of both the Portuguese and Spanish police to stop this obvious fraudulent business. I will no doubt never see my payment again, but I shall make sure this will be the most expensive fraud they have committed yet. I shall then contact google and the major market places to find out how they can allow an obsious scam like this to operate with the help of their platforms!

They just get your money and do not deliver the product and also is not even possible to contact them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Wise after the event and on reading these reviews, something I have not done in the past but definitely will in the future.

Like everyone else, money out - no delivery. Tried emailing but it will not accept the valid order details.

Will be going to my bank for help and reporting this company to official channels.
