Made plenty of orders and always been good. I recently had an item missing from an order so emailed support. They replied within 24 hours and have shipped out a replacement, no questions asked. Hugely appreciate this - so many companies are great until something goes wrong and then they drop the ball. Bitzbox nailed it.

This is such a handy site for people who are interested in the hobby of painting miniatures and the universes associated with them but do not necessarily want to commit to the prices of full boxes and kits and/or the tabletop itself.
The three/four orders I’ve made so far have been great. The unofficial prints aren’t up to par against the official stuff however, but I can’t really tell if that’s down to Bitzbox specifically or if that’s just where 3D printing is at outside of huge businesses like Gamesworkshop.
Oh, speaking of small vs big businesses, the website itself is very good and competent; I have seen a lot of real crappy sites in recent years with bad spelling and general functionality, whether small businesses or even government/NHS. So yeah, that’s a huge bonus in my book.

Will definitely buy again and likely many more times in the future!

I've lost track of how many orders I've placed with Bitzbox, but it's at least in the high teens if not 20s by this point. The packages always arrive quickly (as quickly as international shipping can be expected post Brexit) I've only had 1 order mixup in that time which was swiftly rectified. Bitz's discord server allows for excellent transparency and communication (such as inquiring about potential future restocks or the rational for a why a model is or isn't stocked)- as well as being a nice little kitbash oriented community on the side. I frequently recommend Bitzbox to people looking for Kitbash materials and paint test models

Three orders ...zero received. The last one was placed in November, and now in February still nothing, saying it takes 2-12 weeks to arrive, thatas not true, according to other orders I have placed to the UK. I have been since Mid January asking for a refund(even letting him keep the shipping), which he refuses to give, we are now in a dispute at Paypal, which he again ignores. I have ordered from Hoarding bits at the US, from other webs at ebay...never had a problem, I suppose the adress has been written wrong by the seller, but I'm tired. I hope Paypal gives me my money back. Never again will I buy here.

I am from Germany and had to pay
an extra whooping 8,74€ for whatever.
I've bought items worth 17,62€ and thats more than 1/2 the price of the bits. Its not the fault of Bitzbox.co.uk but i am not willing to pay that amount again.

Man muss 6€ Auslagepauschale an die Deutsche Post bezahlen. Dies kann man umgehen indem man sich als Selbstverzoller bei dhl anmeldet.
Googelt das mal, dann wird es wesentlich günstiger.

Great source for bits, though stock can often be limited.

My order was delivered quickly and was all there, no scarring from clippers etc. Hope this grows to provide more stock, looking forward to ordering again in future.

A huge selection of bits available at great prices. I would definitely use again and would 100% recommend. Speedy delivery in a safely packaged jiffy bag.

I went to bitz box for a little jump pack for my chapter master, there was a huge range of bits which were perfect there are some problems in stocking as after waiting a week most of the bitz were still out of stock but luckily the bit I wanted wasnt and was reasonably priced enough.
delivery time was perfectly on time no other problems at all other than how close they cut the sprue to the model, it only needed a little rub over of green stuff and was a minuscule problem.

The company has great communications, which for me makes a massive difference. SLightly more expensive than others but they have more bitz in more often.

As an overseas (Australia) buyer was very happy when the parts I ordered arrived well packaged and very promptly!

They've got a well laid out website with the range of parts you need, even if you have to wait a little while for them to restock. There are a lot of people in the Bitz market but Bitzbox is as good as any of them.

Good service and great price. Even the cost of postage to the other side of the planet was great.
