It has been more than a year using Bitwage already, the service is fairly good (it's not a bank) and the customer service is really friendly and responsive. I did have a couple of delays but it didn't take away the good overall experience.
Even though I had those issues I still want to give Bitwage 5 starts because I know they still have room for improvement.
I'd say first improvement should be getting that stablecoin fee down to 1% because the market is offering a few more options as of today like Utoppia, WallBit and Ping... so ideally having several options makes it better for us the customers =)

I love Bitwage utility services because their tech allows me to receive my salary and payments for remote work internationally and then I just chose where and how much of it I wish to route whether into my local currency or a Bitcoin wallet. It works the other way around if I need to receive it in cryptocurrencies or Stablecoin and send it to my bank account.
