How easy it is to install and how non intrusive it is when doing task or playing games, also it doesnt use a lot of bandwith so even if it updates you dont feel the speed drop.

I had been using free editions of Bit Defender for a number of years. I was getting a bit fed up with Windows Defender and I wanted to upgrade my VPN. Bit Defender seemed to be the way to go. I'm pleased that I chose the Premium package.

The product is good, but the backup service and hlp is fantastic.

Had a problem with extending my subscription, had some it before without a problem, so I emailed bitdefender on there website about the problem. Within 24 hours they had it solved by the time they emailed me back. I know it's an email but the person was very good at responding and polite.

This is my second experience of having a Bitdefender antivirus product (on different computers).

Bitdefender, undoubtedly, performs extremely well in product tests, and receives great reviews, which is what initially attracted me to their products. I haven't been disappointed!!
