So I paid my loan off early . by 5 months , They lock you account from reapplying . . then they make up stuff saying you need to re verify your account . Did that . I got a new bank account . Their crappy salt edge system doesnt have my bank added to it . So i request to add it . still no reply . that was 11 days ago . Seems like they want to add new people only and not use faithful patrons. On top of that they cant even reply to emails in a timely manner . OH and I paid 28 percent in interests in less than a year . STAY AWAY . If you are trying to get funding for projects bitbond isnt the way to go . my loan id was 53BKCFKE7B..

They wont even explain why . still no update from them as too why

I've been borrower for 2 years and successfully repaid all my loans in time, also before the term-end, now they just locked my account and asking for additional documents which I provided (bills, payroll, job information, bank transactions of whole year), but it's not enough, now, they asking me to add bank account, from the form on bitbond website they letterally asking for login credentials to your home banking - this is unacceptable , even if I'll provide my login credentials, for sure it will not be enought. I understood their strategy, they will never give you more than rate E-D because they don't want you to pay less precentage of borrowing - they just locking your account and you are not able to use it even with last rate. Also cannot say that the service is very very poor and lazy as said from the last comment, my accun loccked already from october and still nothing, they just ignore all my emails. Please be carefful to this, avoid this service if you want to have hair on your head. They become more and more rude because of having already a lot of money. All the best!

Two weeks to finally get approved.
Then to be told that I must verify ID using a passport!
No other options. Complete and utter waste of my time.
Can't imagine having a similar problem ever in a bank or other lending company!
Not happy with them at all, avoid!

Those seeking loans beware, you will pay double the interest published and repayments flactuates based on bitcoin conversion rates -100% against the interest of the borrower. Bitbond does NOT and will not work like good old banks and financial insitutions who will fix repayment interest in black and white for the borrower. Wait until your First Repayment, then you will realise how deep you dug yourself into a financial disaster. END OF STORY.

Way easier and quicker than regular banks.

It works, decent rates for someone who wants the money. Customer service is good and also terrible. Its good when on boarding but if you fall behind on a payment, even 1 week late, they will begin to use language that other credit companies use at 2-3 months out. They will tell you that they will close your loan and pursue legal action (after a week!). They tell you that your credit score will be impacted and you will not be able to rent an apartment or buy a car again (after a week late mind you). Very aggressive when you are late. Also, they API hard connect a third party link into your online business and bank (whatever you connected them to such as ebay or paypal etc) which means they can manipulate or take out money if it they feel they need to and you usually cannot remove them. It would be better if they focused on a positive, motivational process to work out issues if you are late but that lies in the hands of their management to equip people with the proper tools. You then get the loan peers asking you questions and threatening you (the people who actually funded you). Be sure you can pay the loan back and on time every month. Once you receive the loan I would go in and try to remove any hard coded API third party connections to your accounts. I am not doing this again based on the behavior of this company.

As a borrower, the process was much simpler than other forms of lending we have used. Particular thanks to Daniel Arrigone for his support throughout the application process.
