The support I received from Ana was excellent. She was patient and gave me very clear explanations, which was helpful as I am not very familiar with the world of cryptocurrency. Thank you very much.

The support team was very nice!
They’ve shown to be a highly professional and full of integrity. They help me with something they didn’t needed to, in the most correct way I experience with all supports I had. I totally recommend

without any reasonable explanation, on a saturday, they locked my crypto withdrawal under purposes of ‘review’. Their review apparently is manual, and they don’t work under weekends, meaning that all customers will have their funds locked.
Support doesn’t exist, and the robot only answers an extremely insulting emoji.
I have done all verifications and was under my transaction limits, meaning there’s no justification for this outrageous delay. The delay made me lose a significant amount of funds, as i was doing arbitrage on a cripto, and the delay means i lost a significant amount of money.

Really proffesssional and accurate. They save my token from dark blockchain to the exchange. Less than one month. Its great

I have 124900 on my account
I do my verification
But accidentaly double click a number.
Now I have to put 32 k on my account or it gets frozen for ever and then i lose 6 years of work salary.
They can clearly see my picture and me holding my id card but won’t let me redo my verification untill i transfer 32 k into my account in the next 7 days.
WHO had that kind of money in their bank account?
They simpele refuse to let me redo unless i pay 32 k

I recently bought Bitcoin on Bit2Me and tried to send it to my Trezor wallet (which I fully control). One transaction worked, but the second one was put on hold for something called “Operational Verification.”
I understand security checks are important, so I sent everything they asked for — including proof that the wallet is mine. I also explained that Trezor automatically changes addresses for privacy, which is normal for this type of wallet.
But days have passed, and nothing has been resolved. I was told I would get a reply “within hours,” but nobody got back to me. I’ve emailed and contacted support multiple times with no answer.
Because of the delay, I lost money due to Bitcoin price changes. This has been very stressful. I’ve used many crypto platforms before, but this is the worst response time I’ve ever seen.
Bit2Me could be a great platform, but the lack of communication when there’s a problem is unacceptable. If someone from Bit2Me support reads this, please check my emails and help me solve this issue quickly.

Withhold money for more than 5 hours and refuse to make a refund to the card from which the top-up was made arguing that the withdrawal of money is under review. Scammers, go away
UPD
It's been over 24 hours and the money is still being held and no response
UPD
It's been 48 hours. No one has ever contacted me by email as promised. Freaking robbers. Thanks for a happy easter!
UPD
It's been 72 hours. The withdrawal attempt was on Friday, they have a public holiday on Friday. Saturday, Sunday are not working days. And on Monday (21 April) it turns out they also have a public holiday. Amazing! I hope you get into a situation (like an accident) and need money urgently for medical treatment. But some bastards like Bit2me will keep your money for more than 3 days because they don't want to work and they have endless holidays and weekends. And eventually you'll die.

it's more than one day since I am trying to withdrawal my money and a error message appears. NOne of the customer support couldn't help me yet...and I am still waiting

Bit2Me is a really rubbish app and the online support is bots, no staff to handle issues. I purchased ETH and tried to transfer it to my external wallet but my ETH has been held for more than 72 hours. This caused my assets to shrink, but there is no explanation from the Bit2Me staff. It's really disappointing and I hope everyone doesn't try this app. And proved that the wallet is yours, but the app just won't release it to you. They don't even send ETH from the blockchain. I have filed a complaint with the relevant authorities.
🚨 Bit2Me is a Scam – They Refuse to Pay Earned Bonuses! 🚨
I am warning everyone about Bit2Me’s fraudulent behavior regarding their referral program. They lure users in with promises of bonuses, only to refuse to pay once all conditions are met. This is not a misunderstanding – it is a deliberate and systematic scam.
How Bit2Me Scams Users
I participated in their referral program, following every single rule they outlined:
✔️ I referred a friend using my unique referral link.
✔️ They registered correctly through my link and fully verified their account.
✔️ They made the required first trade over €100, exactly as Bit2Me’s promotion states.
✔️ I was credited my referral bonus, and it appeared in my account.
✔️ When I attempted to withdraw it – Bit2Me blocked my funds.
Instead of allowing the withdrawal, they falsely claimed “non-compliance” but failed to specify what rule was allegedly broken. I requested a clear explanation and proof – they refused to provide any evidence. Now, they ignore my messages entirely.
This Is Clear Fraud
1️⃣ They promote fake rewards to get new users in, but don’t actually pay.
2️⃣ They falsely accuse users of non-compliance without proof, to justify blocking payouts.
3️⃣ They ignore complaints in hopes that users will give up.
4️⃣ They delete bad reviews and pretend these issues don’t exist.
Legal Violations
Bit2Me’s actions violate multiple EU and Spanish financial laws:
📌 EU Directive 2005/29/EC – Engaging in deceptive marketing and unfair business practices.
📌 Spanish Consumer Law (RDL 1/2007, Article 47) – Blocking valid user funds under false pretenses.
📌 Ley 10/2010 (Spanish Financial Law) – Restricting access to legally earned funds without justification.
I have already reported them to:
⚠️ Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV, Spain’s financial regulator)
⚠️ European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA, EU-wide financial watchdog)
⚠️ Spanish Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs
If my case is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this further.
Do NOT Trust Bit2Me!
🚫 They are not a trustworthy platform.
🚫 They manipulate users with fake promotions.
🚫 They will block your funds with no explanation.

Card issue? Send you to a SPANISH BANK that speaks SPANISH!
I'm in Hong Kong, card doesn't work. Messaged them - "You should call or message the Spanish bank (called Pecunia Cards) that issued the card, we can't help".
1. It's not even my bank account, you don't provide IBANs! My money is in YOUR business account in this bank.
2. Why should I even care about calling from HONG KONG to Bank in SPAIN? Do you know we also have a time difference? Whatever, do you think I speak Spanish?
3. Do I have any relationships with ANOTHER COMPANY than Bit2Me that I pay freaking high fees?
6 days - a problem not even solved. The first two answers from support aren't relevant to the problem at all, lost a day.
I had this experience with them before, same - SPANISH BANK email support answered all my questions, guess, in SPANISH!!!!!!!!! I had to use Google Translate to communicate with them.
ID of Problem - 438009.
Read for yourself the things that happened with Bit2Me.. all the things you do not want from a financial institution where you entrust your assets:
On January 21, 2025, I discovered, while paying for my groceries, that my Bit2Me bank card—both the physical and digital card—were no longer functioning. I had no idea what the issue was, and when the situation remained the same over the next few days, I contacted Customer Services. I was informed that my cards had been blocked due to my failure to respond to an additional information request from Bit2Me in July 2024. This must have completely escaped my attention. In any case, I find it concerning that an account can be blocked without any prior notification or explanation. Does this blocking, without any form of notice, not also contradict their own “Terms and Conditions”?
On January 23, following my conversation with Customer Services, I was sent a digital document (Document 3 IN-ODF.PF). I filled it out, signed it, and attached the requested supporting documents on the same day. This provided, more than sufficient proof regarding the origin of the funds.
On February 5, after two weeks, I sent an urgent email to the Verifications Department. I should have received a response within three days regarding my input of January 23. However, I had still not received any reply, and my debit cards and account remained blocked. The response from Verifications was particularly discouraging, as they requested additional information in technical terms that I could not understand. I informed them that I found the entire situation stressful and disturbing and stated that I would prefer to terminate my relationship with Bit2Me. I politely asked for guidance regarding the transfer of my assets to my own account.
The response I received was brief, and the instructions provided were highly technical. I had difficulty understanding what Verifications specifically required. A phone call would have been more appropriate, especially because respectable values are involved. I made several attempts to contact Bit2Me by phone but was repeatedly left on hold for an extended period.
On February 13, after consulting with a friend on how to respond to Verifications’ instructions, I sent an email with the requested information for the asset transfer via the blockchain, namely a signed message verifying wallet ownership.
As of February 18, I had still not received any response to the important email I sent on February 13. I decided to send a reminder to the Verifications Department (see attachment). However, this time, I did not even receive an automatic acknowledgment of receipt. Once again, my attempts to contact Bit2Me by phone were unsuccessful (please see the screenshot from my phone, where I hung up after being on hold for 21 minutes and 34 seconds).
Finally on February 19th the situation was resolved, after many e-mails, phone-calls (mostly in vain) and tickets through the website. Thanks to a reasonable Support Team assistant, named German.
So, if you want peace of mind, you'd better stay away from Bit2Me.
The telephone service is excellent, very fast and I really appreciate talking to a physical person who solves my request in less than 1 minute. Thank you very much PAULA.

I signed up for the service on the 11th of Dec., 2024, through a friend's referral link, then deposited 100 EUR on the same day. I have been trying to use my bit2me virtual card to make transactions but it never works. Withdrawing my funds also do not work and always tells me to contact customer care to verify my account which I already did earlier after my account creation and I even have an email to confirm this.
I have contacted customer service for over two weeks now via phone, WhatsApp, email and contact form but never received any useful feedback. Today, 28th Jan, 2025, I received an email that my account has been terminated (together with my funds in it) without any reasonable explanation as to what happened.
I'm terribly disappointed in the service and would recommend you stay away from them as much as you can. I've never experienced a less responsive customer service.
