late, unreliable delivery - good quality

I ordered chairs from Biscottini via ManoMano. Planned belivery was within about 6 days, but it took 1,5 months, and lots of asking and poking them by mail, telephone and WhatsApp, until my order finally arrived. During the process the customer service was at least responsive, and the chairs are of expected good quality. Just don’t understand, why the delivery took so long, and I could not rely on dates they told me.

Worst purchase experience ever!!!

Worst purchase experience ever!!!
I bought some pieces of furniture in their online shop. Before that I checked their reviews and adress, everything seemed fine.
Right before buying I got a big discount. That was the first of several warnings, which I stupidly ignored. I got the usual mails, like order confirmation and shipping confirmation, but no tracking number or information about the shipping service or how long it might take.
The contact function at their website - ERROR!
Their service-hotline - Nobody is picking up the phone!
I mailed them several times (English, German and Italian), begging for any information - I got no answers whatsoever.
Still, I kept on waiting, since it usually takes up to 10 weeks for furniture to get send to Germany.
During that time I witnessed them doing other big discount actions, like 60% on furniture, which included the furniture I bought. Guess what? It had the same prices which I paid with my 30% discount!
They just invented some more or less doubling price numbers and slapped them on the articles, a total scam!!!
In the end I contacted PayPal, they escalated my case and got me my money back, since they as well got no answers from this shop.
It's still absolutely possible for me to have encountered a fake shop version of Biscottini, but all their mails were send through their official mailing adress.
Therefore I'd advice everyone not to buy there.

Distorted and warped mirror frame replaced promptly

I ordered a white framed mirror, rectangular with floral decorations and a large cherub on one side. It looked like a normal mirror on the website. When I received it, the rectangular frame was warped. It did not lie flat, and looked like the frame had melted and sagged. This distorts the mirror.
I immediately emailed Biscottini, and await a response. I asked for a replacement, as the one I received seemed like a second quality one. Not at all what I was expecting. I will update this review when I receive a reply.

UPDATE 16 JAN: I promptly received a very polite and apologetic reply from Biscottini, who offered to replace the mirror, without me having to send back the first one. I had sent photos when I notified the company.
Today the replacement mirror arrived, and it is a definite improvement on the first one, so I am happy with it. I don't think this mirror is designed to have absolutely 100% straight edges, something which was not made clear in their website photo or description.
However, I am impressed with the customer service I received, which is far superior to any other customer service I have experienced. Thank you, Biscottini.

I will never shop there again.

Biscottini is just a dealer. The ordered goods were delivered quickly, but two of the chairs were damaged. It was not possible to contact Biscottini, emails were not answered, no matter what address I wrote to. You always end up on hold over the phone, and the one time an employee answered there was apparently no one there who could speak English. I am not satisfied with Biscottini and will never shop there again.

Purchase of Antiqued white finish display case

I placed my order with Bisconttini online for the purchase of a Country Style solid lime wood antiqued white finished hanging display case. My order was immediately confirmed - delivery followed as stated on the date stated. The display case which was glass fronted arrived in perfect condition - it was well packed in double box packaging. I love my product and Bisconttini were excellent to deal with from start to finish of my order. I will use this company again and almost daily look at their amazing range of products on their web page.

Terrible experience with BISCOTTINI.

Terrible experience with BISCOTTINI.
We ordered 8 chairs on the Internet Web site of Amazon. The order was received an confirmed immediately by BISCOTTINI. The articles were highlighted as In Stock, available for fast deliver within 4 to 5 days. Two days later my order is being updated with this information: delivery 10 - 15 June. On June 27th still no delivery. I make contact with BISCOTTINI who responds that the items will leave the warehouse end of June for delivery in the beginning of July. On July 7th still no chairs and no update. I reach out to customer service once again. They respond that the chairs will depart Italy on July 8th for a delivery approximately 5 days later.
Today, July 20th still no chairs and no news from this VERY unserious company.
