Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff
As a commercial user, I came across Bisbell a few weeks ago. I cannot emphasize how helpful both Oliver and Isabel were. I originally placed a small order which arrived the next day along with samples. They worked hard to help me with a problem requiring magnetic strips, sent me samples attached to my product then followed it up with a custom order after I approved their solution. This arrived the next day. It is a pleasure to pick up the phone and actually get to talk to someone let alone people as helpful as Isabel and Oliver. I highly recommend this company.
