Great items, excellent customer service

I was missing the plates I ordered and it was on the packaging slip in the box

I did not receive a confirmation email after I placed my order. When I log into my account it says I have no orders placed. My credit card was charged. I sent an email through their contact us page. No response. Tried calling during "store" hours, no answer. Tried looking up my order by not logging in and it shows up on the website. The tracking links do not work though. My package arrives, 1 item is missing. Called again, sat on hold, no answer. Sent a message through their contact us page again. No answer. I am now missing an item for my son's birthday that I was charged for and I am unable to reach someone to get a refund. Will not use this company again.

I gave 3 stars because some of my items were missing. I contacted the company about my missing items & still have not heard anything about them or about being refunded for the missing items. The items that I did receive, I was very satisfied with. I’m not sure if I would order through them again though, since I’m still waiting to receive a response about the items that are currently missing.

Not only I was able to find everything I needed but the prices were great and delivery very fast. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

I purchased clappers for my sons party favors and the quantity said 12, but I was only sent a pack of 6. I contacted the customer service email and next received a response and the phone line would not connect me with anyone. His party is next week and I won’t have enough clappers for the kids.

We ordered a lot of Sonic party supplies. The personalized items were amazing!!! The only negative was the envelopes for the invitations - they were coming apart, down the sides, and had to be taped to be mailed out. Other than that, everything was perfect! We will definitely be coming back for our future party needs! Thank you!

Great company like that you have everything I needed

Some of the items I needed were out of stock. I also could not get crepe paper streamers which I will have to find locally. Other than that the products received Met my expectations and arrived in timely fashion.

Everything came out perfect. My only issue is that I was missing 7 cups which really messed me ups .

Well I tried to have the big balloon inflated and it popped….the table cloths had a couple of flaws on them….I used it all but the balloon a little disappointed with the quality…that is all
