Birmingham Settlement

I approach Birmingham settlement Charity of Aston yesterday the 28th of June asking for help to filling DWP benefit forms...
On Birmingham settlements web page it says that it helps all of Birmingham but yet Angie Leake in Birmingham settlement Head Office said my postcode is not in their catchment area but yet Birmingham settlement previously helped me back in 2001 with DWP forms....
I feel let down they refuse to help me although the real reason they refuse to help me is because I'm a transsexual woman ...
Thank you Birmingham settlement for the way you treated me. I believe Birmingham Resettlement is Transphobic
