Last summer I purchased three bird feeders, less than a month or two later the feeders started rusting and falling apart (literally). I talked with customer service and was offered a new feeder (just like the ones I had) I turned them down ...why would I want a defective feeder????? The company admitted that the feeders were not holding up. What I really want to iterate here is that they continue to sell these defective units (without any discount)...knowing that they are defective....I think that is unethical. So this company, is one I distrust.

We bought and $80 bird feeder hoping for high quality. We received basically the same Chinese junk that everyone else sells the perches fell off and fell into the leaves never to be seen again. I do not mind paying for quality but become dissatisfied when I pay but the quality isn’t there. A thread locking compound should have been used. I suppose that might cost 3 cents more during manufacturing.

I ordered a couple of bird feeders from birds choice, one was a mother's day gift. There is an option at the beginning of the checkout to add a gift message, the card they sent along with the order was a really nice touch!

The orders were shipped out the following day with fast and free shipping, and the orders were delivered 4 days after having placed them.
