What a nightmare! I was left empty-handed until ĆLOTTEŘ + WAVEȘ got involved

I invested in a (Cassava bags) company through Birchal. and the shares have disappeared. i can't contact anyone and Birchal is taking no responsibility nor willing to help.
if you're thinking of investing through birchal - RUN the other way. easiest way for your money to disappear into thin air. it's crazy these guys are legally operating.

They didn't even bother to reject me.

I'm being inundated with spam and I wouldn't be surprised if most of these investment opportunities are just dodgy scams. The Birchal team doesn't seem to screen these companies properly and they're clearly selling client data to whoever asks for it. My email and text inboxes are full, I keep blocking them but there's new ones every single day. Extremely frustrating and very dodgy

I have invested in more than 20 companies over last 5 years and not a single one paid dividends or returned any money. Some have liquidated, others don't answer calls/emails. While it is not directly birchal fault- but their quality control seems to be crap, so investors be aware!

Alittle annoyed by their own raise, no capability to take more than $10K from an investor, and who the hell raises at 22x revenue?

That aside I do like the platform, but 2 investments have failed, 2 continue to pay dividends. limited enforcement from the company to make sure their clients inform investors whats going on, its just clip the ticket and move along

I have been asking them for more than a month about the status of my investment and they only respond I get is that the finance team will tell me soon..
