Complete waste of time trying to set up a pay as you go , website is full of bugs and after eventually getting my inputs validated, I received two emails one saying account set up then immediately another saying rejected. Don't waste your time with these jokers! I'm left in no man's land not knowing if I've been approved or not!

Such a frustrating experience. Bip&Go can’t pull funds from my account despite it being setup as per instructions. More annoyingly, no one is responding to me at Bip&Go, which means my account and tag have now been frozen.
Beyond annoying to send contact form requests with no response.
The tag also doesn’t work unexpectedly at some gates - e.g. near Le Mans, which has resulted in weird situations where we arrive at gates requiring a paper ticket that we were never given.

It's impossible to subscribe as the friggin "invoice" address is not allowing my address to be "auto filled" shown or accepted even though it's listed...what a pile of crap. So no. I can't get past this address page, being dreadful in application and there's no help to work it out. A dreadful attempt to set up on such a simple crap web design.

Ordered from them late March received an email saying the badge had been shipped on the 1st April its now 22nd April and no badge. Contacted them numerous times by their messaging service with no reply. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY very quick to take your money scam artist.

I received an email saying they had dispatched the badge on 30th March. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing. Awful company. Customer service is a joke. Don’t know why they say we will get the badge in 10 working days!!

went through the sign up process couple of weeks ago, heard absolutely nothing from them other than an email to verify my email address.
no way of contacting them, their "chat" is a waste of time. tells me to log in, I ant because they have not sent log in details - round in circles with a useless AI chat. Web site tells nothing just a sign in landing page with no information other than sign up, like something out of the 1990's.
utterly useless company, if they take money out my account they will be hearing from my lawyer.

less than a day after a negative review they are replying wanting me to phone an international number, may I ask who you think will be paying for a lengthy call to an international number at 25p a minute, to contact a company who have no idea what they are doing and unable to sort out a simple account or have the decency and common curtesy to answer emails and messages.

further update, phoned the number given here, all in French no idea what "button to press" worst communication I have ever came across, they simply dont want to talk to anyone, jsut take money.

Since last couple of days I am chasing with Bip and Go via message from the website portal. But no one is replying. Due to incorrect bank details my payment did not went through and then I paid directly using credit card. Later I was not aware that I need to update bank details and due to which they sent me another invoice for lost and stolen and charged me €30. I paid that too and asking them to activate my device but no response from them neither I have any contact details to talk to them to sort it out. I have to drive to France this weekend and need to sort out but due to no response feeling like service is very poor.

I'm not alone on these reviews to share a negative experience with Bip & Go.
I signed up for their France & Spain service; put in my details (including IBAN bank details).
The tag arrived quickly - about a week.
Then about 2-3 weeks later I received a letter by post saying payment hadn't been made, my Tag had been cancelled and I have to post it back. owhere on the app does it show a payment problem.
I raised a customer support ticket via their app an received nothing more helpful than confirming the account being closed and to return the tag.
It's hard to think why a business wants to make payments difficult and to essentially tell customers to go elsewhere.

Bip and Go delivers the Peage Badge fast. As long as the Badge works its really a pleasant way of entering and leaving the peage. The badge nor the account does not have any way to see when the badge is out of battery and this is when it starts getting a bad experience. The badge then sometime works and sometimes it doesn't. So after getting on the peage because in high traffic you'll be stuck at the peage untill the service desk helps you to proceed and advises to put your badge directly on the responder and sees a dead battery . The service desk at Bip and go responds slow and with standard mails about putting your badge closer to the window even though the peage itself tested the badge on the responder. Hope that Bip and Go will just me a replacement badge soon but it seems that requeres multiple messages.
