I have a farm with a conference center and other guest facilities. We are on six septic systems and I depend on BioSafeOne to keep my tanks clean and clear and flowing well… I was introduced by an old friend who swore by it in 2011. I started my treatments in 2012. I have pumped 2 times in 10 years… and the last time we pumped, we could have waited another couple years. This stuff obviously works. We use compost tea and understand the benefits of beneficial bacteria well. Let mother-nature do the heavy lifting!

Products didn’t work as advertised. Minimal results if any. Products are very expensive compared to other septic treatments. Would like to have my money back!

I have been using Bio Safe One for many, many years and the product is excellent. I had just ordered another 3 year supply just the other day (02/03/2022) and originally rated the experience a 3 because of the slow web ordering experience. But, Chris at Bio-Safe took the time out of his Saturday afternoon and called me directly. He explained that they were working with the web hosting service to get this fixed. So, getting the call from him and us talking for a while I felt I needed to change the rating because as I wrote the product is EXCELLENT. I explained to Chris that I have live in my home for 15 years and have only had my septic system cleaned out 1 time!! I contribute that DIRECTLY to Bio-Safe One.

The product is easy to use and works like a champ. It keeps the septic system very clean. I'm using it as a preventative measure as I did not have a "problem" septic system that prompted my use. Rather, a friend swore that he's never had his system pumped out for years and he credits BioSafe with making that happen.

BIOSAFEONE IS A VERY EFFECTIVE PRODUCT. BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS AND HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY SEPTIC SYSTEM. THANK YOU ALL.

Very good experience

We've been happy with BioSafe one for the last 15+ years. We still get the tank pumped out once in a while, but have never experienced any problems with lift pump, or drain field.

I have been a Bio safe customer for a lots of years and not a problem with my system. Using Boss 3 year plan. Happy camper

Order and credit card was charged 11/22/21. Postal service did not receive item item until 11/29/21 after a call to your customer service. December 4th and the product is still in transit!! I spoke with Chris at Customer Service at Bio-Safe One, Inc. all my concerns were met. Very happy, long time customer with Bio-Safe One looking forward to doing more business with this company long term. Thank you. A++!

Super fast delivery. Have used this product before on a flooded drain field. Worked as advertised. In a newer home now so using as a preventive measure.

Overall, very pleased with my purchase of the Bio-Safe One Septic Solution. Though, when I received my Black Friday discount e-mail 25 Nov 2021, I could not use it on 25 Nov 2021. Even though text in the e-mail stated "Black Friday Sale Starts Now". Which indicated I could use the code right away. (There was no other start date listed in this e-mail.) When I tried to enter the discount code, I got an error that the code was not valid, along with a list of dates that the code was valid through.

Use of the discount code worked fine on 26 Nov 2021.

Update: I have updated from 4 stars to 5 stars. The above problem with start of Black Friday code use as a small matter. I have used the Bio-Safe One products for at least 6 years; after my father used these products to get his septic system operating properly again. I feel that these products have kept my septic system running well and has reduced the number of the tank pump-outs that would have been needed without using Bio-Safe One products. Will be purchasing again in the future when needed again.

This is one great product. I have a really bad septic tank situation because there are mountains all around me. All the water flows right through my property before leaving the hollow. If it rained more than an inch in an hour I wouldn't be able to flush my toilet for a day. After using this product for a couple months it can rain all it wants and I have no problems anymore with my system. I haven't had to have the tank cleaned out in 12-15 years. It's amazing!

I started with Bio-Safe One in my new home/septic system and it has kept everything working perfectly for 14 years. Couldn't be happier with the product!

I've been using this shop's products for three years and they've never let me disappointed. They have the most convenient and useable products on the market. They have everything you need to clean your kitchen, toilet, and everything else. You can put your trust in this store.

Their products keep our septic system safe and sounf which is really great. Mainly, I had positive experience of working with these guys, but their website is a little bit outdated.
