I have been trying to get a refund close to a year and still have not received it!. They constantly state they are looking into the issue and never get back to you! DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy anything from this company. This is a Fraud. The don’t have the clothes that you buy and never refunded the money. They keep saying the finance department is reviewing it for months and then they said they refunded the money and I have to check with the bank but that’s not true. They keep saying lies about it. 5 months and nothing. THE QUALITY IS BAD THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. DO NOT BUY.

They are bad and stole money from me. Do not put your credit card in that site

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Bought some outfits that look super cute online but are incredibly cheap. It took weeks to get them and then when I asked for a refund they worked so hard to try and get me to keep the outfits. Eventually they told me to send them back for a full refund which they claim they gave me but never did.

This company appears to be a total scam. How do I report them to get them? I want a full refund of my $107

I would rather give them zero stars they are dreadful! AVOID!! You may as well just throw money away! I’ve been waiting for 3 months for a refund... I think they are a scam.

Not only is their clothing quality bad, but trying to return is even worse. They will give you the run around and make every excuse they can think of to stall a refund!
They ARE A SCAM! Shame on them!

Order did not come real fast, but to get a refund -it's a problem: I try already for 2 month.

i am so glad that i purchased my purchase through pay pal. i was able to receive my moneys almost immediately. i'm not sure what pay pal said to them but they gave me my moneys back. i don't think they would have given me my moneys back otherwise. this company is a scam. please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or energy. they send cheap clothing and way too small. this was a rollercoater and i thank god that i used pay pal. i will only use them for company's like this or company's that i have never used before. i sent them the items back (which costed me $23) and they told me 15 to 20 days to refund my money after the 15 to 20 days they still had told me stuff like oh were still having to process the order due to multiple departments that are involved. i told them it didnt take them 15 to 20 days to take my money now why is it taking so long to return my money. if it was a few dollars i may would have let it go but i had spend $270 that's not an easy amount of money to let go. especially when the quality was super crappy. don't do it please don't take the chance on ordering from this company very poor customer service and terrible quality.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered an item in December/18 with the understanding it would take a couple of weeks for delivery. HAHAHAHA. It is now April and nothing. I have contacted them many times and got nothing but excuses and more delays. Complete rip-off.

DO not order from this website, its a scam. I ordered items in January for my vacation in March - the items never arrived and I have been waiting over 40 days for a refund of $75. They keep saying its coming but I have no faith they will even send it . DO NOT ORDER EVER!!!!

I order a jumpsuit and arrived 3 weeks later, quality extremely poor, and I paid $45 for it which I think is expensive to look so ugly and cheap! I followed the instructions for return and sent it to "Return Center" address that they provide, and now they said that they can't return my money because it was the wrong address!!! that means that they are going to steal my money, do no't recommend to buy from this company!

I placed an order almost 3 months ago, and I finally got all of the pieces in (after I sent several emails asking where the shipment was). The sizing was too small, and the quality is poor. They are giving me the run-a-round on returning, and from the reviews I've read, it's near impossible to get your money back.
So now I am stuck with 3 out of 6 items that I can not (and do not want to) wear.
Do NOT make the same mistake... stay away from this company!!

Giving one star because the clothes took longer than 20 days to arrive. I cancel part of the order due to the partial shipping.

Very bad experience !! It's a FRAUD !!!
They never sent me the item I ordered and it's been 3 MONTHS SINCE I ASKED FOR A REFUND !! Each time they ask me to wait for more 5-7 days but the refund never arrives !!!
Such a pity to get such a bad experience nowadays with the fake chinese brand !!

Scam company . The photo of the item of clothing or footwear. Is nothing like the cheap plastic tat that they post out . And when you bring it to their attention they tell you to keep the item as posting to China is expensive. But they will only offer you about a 1/3 of the cost back to use in another purchase in the future. Clothing is rubbish .

Absolutely useless. The items you receive (if you receive them!!) are poor quality, cheap copies of the items you see photos of online. 2 months after placing my original order and 50 odd emails later and I still haven’t received all of my order and they are asking for more money from me because THEY don’t have one of the items I ordered!!!! The language barrier is a nightmare and I’ve all but given up on getting my money back. DO NOT USE - YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED

Worst service. Promised delivery and it went way beyond that then I asked for a refund and they knew me off and finally got to me and said it'll take 15-25 days to refund even though my order never shipped!!! Don't buy!
