Don't thing you will get any refuds on returned goods!!
With my first order I was very impressed with the after sales and friendly lady I spoke with over the phone to exchange things ordered that was wrong, but returning goods is a nightmare - don't even bother. It will cost more to return than what you paid for the goods originally. They take off all hidden cost before giving any refund.

Definitely recommended!
The delivery was really fast and I could follow my package by the website, see where it was, and also receiving an email telling me what time the delivery was expected, which was a really great thing!
The package came as expected and the product seems really good, although I haven't use it yet!
