I sent all the necessary documents required to verify my account, but they refused to accept them and then closed my account without letting me use the free bets, they were supposed to give on sign up and qualifying bet.
They needed verification - sent my passport, drivers license, wedding certificate, bank statement and picture of my bank card…apparently not enough to verify me. Cannot withdraw my money or use the bonus I have rightfully won. Seems like an absolute scam
Embarrassing. Signed up to Binkbet, and verified my details (ID, proof of address etc) made a deposit and bet. Account was locked a few days later. Upon asking the Livechat why, it was because I didn't upload any verification, despite already doing so. But fine, whatever, mistakes happen. I was told to email there customer service with proof of ID and all that and they will unlock my account. They never once responded, despite multiple attempts to reach them. Shocking experience throughout. Live chat guy was very responsive though, so there's that.
They did not honour their sign up bonus even though I made a qualifying bet which met the criteria, disgraceful customer service. I decided to close my account.
Waited till I won and are now refusing my uk national identity card which is on the list of acceptable documents I'm fuming
Signed up to this "bookmaker" and sent I.D for verification. I noticed that I couldn't deposit even though I received the welcome email etc. I was then logged out and blocked.
Another one to avoid
As mentioned by another reviewer, Account was instantly closed after signup when I reached out to Live Chat to find out why I was seeing the "Client Restricted for Action" message when trying to deposit funds for the first time.
Waste of time and one to avoid when there are so many other decent bookies out there.
Scam - it's just Vbet using another shell to get around their poor reputation.
Closed my account after wasting my time looking into why I couldn't deposit for first time. Could of just rejected my sign up but no they made go through a whole sries of hoops just to close my account.
Awful bookie, requested documentation from me which I sent within an hour of the request but then they closed my account due to not providing docs.. stay clear!
Unfortunately, upon completing the welcome bet and get offer, I wasn’t rewarded all the promised rewards, and the single £5 Free bet I was rewarded (detailed as 2x £5 Free bets became non resulted prior to the event even beginning! And no I wasn’t rewarded my free bet credits back! Even more Shocking, the customer service was abismal and three different agents couldn’t seem to provide any quality support. Disappointing and almost a scam.
Genuinely brilliant for a new bookie! Great odds and easy to use. Had a couple of free bets too.
Hopeless customer service. I had a lot of issues trying to register (which includes uploaded uploading my passport and bank statement) and when I was eventually succeeded I was immediately excluded! The so-called customer help was called Elvis (so I was somewhat suspicious that this was going to a genuine person) was unhelpful and couldn't be bothered to find out what went wrong. This is clearly a company that can't be bothered about it's customers - avoid!
So far so good with this new bookie. Once I managed to verify, i’ve been loving the boosts and specials. Some fun new markets as well.
No issues with withdrawals so far which is always a good thing as well!
Quick withdrawals and loads of decent markets. Just need an app!
Lots of boosts that offer good value. Quick withdrawals when placing bets.
Website is good to find bets, new company, so looking forward to seeing what it has to offer in the future too
Simple, straight forward sign up protocol. Easy to navigate way around the website and lots of new markets to explore compared to the likes of skybet, 365 etc (MOTM market during the World Cup). Very quick withdrawal, money in account straight away. Really enjoying this new bookmaker!
Registered recently and have taken additional money out my bank. I contacted chat who were adamant they haven’t. Screenshots were sent showing the payment on my bank statement but I was told to contact the bank.
