Lovely, relaxing recordings, helps with meditation...
I can't vouch for anything scientific happening when I listen to these recordings, but they are very pleasant and relaxing - they are great for meditation, winding down, and naps. I have done various forms of meditation for 25 years, but have found it increasingly difficult the last several years as I can't get my mind to quiet; all of the relaxation and meditation recordings from this company help with that! My favorite, though, is the 30 minute version of Power Nap - it takes you into a deep sleep state for 20 minutes, then over the last 10 minutes it brings you back to full wakefulness, and I always wake up feeling very refreshed! Not only that, but when I didn't enjoy one of the recordings I bought, they let me choose another to replace the one I didn't like - great customer service!
