I really think the products are beautiful however no where does it tell you that you will pay a lot of money towards shipping mines cost £342 not acceptable. I was not informed of this charge being so high.

Due to Brexit, when importing to UK products from European Union that cost more than £135 additional costs will arise. These import fees are set up by your country government and have to be paid by the person who imports the product to UK (the buyer) to the UK's government. We are sorry.
In the terms of the bimago.co.uk online store ( https://www.bimago.co.uk/sales-terms/user-agreement ) in paragraph 6 point 6 you do have information: "In case of a foreign dispatch to a country which does not belong to the EU, the recipient undertakes to bear all customs duties valid in the given country, including customs control fees."
On our shipment page ( https://www.bimago.co.uk/help/shipment ) we also inform: "In case of shipping to any country outside the EU, additional duties and other payments may be charged."
Also, when you placed the product into to cart, you did receive a warning about the fees, to which you agreed by proceeding to checkout.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Had to send back the mural and when spoke to the customer service they spoke to me like a child. Avoid this company. This company never admit any kind of fault for the real reason of this bad review. The customer service is the issue not the original problem I had with the order

The import fees have to be paid by the person who imports the product to UK (the buyer) to the UK's government.

Ordered a screen second week of August…
Ordered a screen second week of August and still not received it. After umpteen notifications that the UPS driver ‘tried to deliver’ (to the wrong address) and me calling Bimago and emailing them back and forth, I’ve given up wanting this item now. Having to be forced to pay the massive customs fee which I’ve have been told is the reason why it’s not been delivered is ludicrous! No contact from UPS to say when they’re delivering (after finally getting the correct address) and no attempt at delivery (I have a ring doorbell for a reason). Never again shall I buy from a European based company!

Beautiful screen, slight problem which was resolved quickly by customer services
Updated Review: The screen is absolutely beautiful! However it arrived slightly damaged on one corner which I suspect happened may have happened in transit. I contacted customer services following their response below and their response was fast and friendly. They offered me a selection of great options to resolve the problem and they followed through on the option I chose.

We have contacted UPS regarding your parcel and received this information: "The Łódź Customs Office stopped this transport, a directive on physical inspection of shipments was imposed and these goods were under customs supervision at HUB Stryków. After the UCS Łódź officers have completed the necessary activities, this shipments was sent towards the UK. Such situations are beyond UPS's control."
We are sorry for the delay caused by the customs office. But as we can see on the tracker your parcel is in UK and is "Out for Delivery", so hopefully it will be delivered to you today. We ask for your patience.

There will be import costs
Product was shipped from Poland so cost me £50 in customs and then was very low quality.
Very low res print and the "gold" highlights in the print were just orange printing.
I have contacted them and i have to ship it back at my expense.
Gets two stars as they are a legit company you just don't want to buy from them

Want a Refund!
The wallpaper is so thin and such a cheap material, I paid so much for this terrible quality. The prints dont actually match and I never had this issue before. I was sold a faulty and poor product. Wants a refund ASAP!

Order from them = custom tax + probably lost parcel (so losing hundreds of pounds)
I used this website as it says .co.uk and I thought it comes from the UK. But it doesn't. I had to pay 70£ custom fee because it comes from Poland. I'm not coming back to this website again. I rather buy cheaper on aliexpress and don't pay extra fees than buy it here that was expensive and now extra 70£ in order to receive my wallpaper. I hope customer service can help me with this. Because im not really happy.
Little update: I didn't receive my order. And I'm scared that's been lost. Considering the amount I spent in all this. Never again. On the page before paying it doesn't say "all our products are from EU and you have to pay them to get them in UK even though we are claiming to be in the UK" it simply say "IF your item is from the EU you going to pay custom" which is misleading because it doesn't tell you if the item is or not from EU or not and looks like a general message.
Thank you bimago to see that for this type of things I should go somewhere else.
