Very knowledgeable and very patient and understanding

We the pleasure working with the staff in the Wilson Location! Amy Hodges went over and beyond her call of duty! She responded to every email I sent her which was a lot. She responded to every question I had which was a lot! Kudos for such an great atmosphere when going into the land of the unknown. Again I say thanks Amy Hodges!

From day one I walked in to the office I was treated with respect. My husband and I recently used John T. Orcutt in the Raleigh office to help wipe out our debt due to medical bills. The staff was extremely nice and walked us through step by step so we knew what was going on. I like the fact that the first consultation is free and they help you decide the best way to get rid of your debt/bills. We were helped by two of the best paralegals on their staff Joseph Nichols and Tara Pepper. Tara was really helpful in telling us which way we should file and is a joy to talk with a great personality. Joseph was extremely helpful in putting our case together and was really easy to talk to and made you feel really comfortable while you are going through the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a fresh start and to rebuild your credit!

My experience was a lot better than I thought it would be

Ms. McLean was very professional and she answered all my questions honestly. I didn't know what to expect going into the consultation, but when I left, I couldn't be happier with the options I was given. Even if she had told me something disappointing, I'd still have left with a better understanding than I had before. I'd recommend John Orcutt and especially Ms. Benita to anyone. No one wants to have to file bankruptcy, but if your situation puts you in that position, the staff at this law office made navigating the process a lot less painful. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and answered all my questions. They worked around my work schedule to make it easier for me to work and still take care of my case. I recommend them highly.

Jessica at John Orcutt's Wilson office is amazing. This was a very hard decision and time for my husband and I but Jessica made the exerience painless. she was understanding , supportive and took time to answer every last question I had. She was a blessing in a difficult time. I can't thank her enough.
