If I could leave 0 stars i would. The. Customer service does not exist. The flights they suggested left me being late for every flight because the booked them so close together. And there is nothing cheap about their service. I will never book through them again and recommend no one else does. Unless you want to be stranded in an airport throughout the world.

the customer service needs improvement, some employees are helpful and some isn’t. and customer service needs a new system and have to work together, everytime i call i have to explain my situation even though i just explain it to the previews employee. every employee has a different answer to the same question and it’s confusing. i think it would be better that every customer has a specific employee that handles them. in conclusion they’ve manage to help me with my problem and solve the problem in just a few days.

Nothing stated,not in our "reiseplan",info. etc.If I could read it clearly before our trips, we would have expected, instead of shock and disappointment.Plus, they offer the connections for us on our return trip: via Taipei, then Amsterdam,finally to Hannover. From Amsterdam to Hannover, their arrangement is a 1 hour and 15 min.,the flight was a bit slow, so cannot enable us to catch the connecting flight.....bad offers.

I recently purchased a ticket from these guys but there was an integration or marketing issue which meant the fare was displayed in a different class to the ticket issued. Whilst at first i had issues with the language barrier (English & German, This was my fault also. I knew I had purchased form a German company) once we got past these they did everything they could to sort out my issue and refund the fare. whilst it was a rocky start, the level of service (including an English speaker phoning me on a Saturday evening) was pretty exceptional.

Well same thing happened to me, Unfriendliest service ever- bad customer support!
During the booking process it was possible to use the credit card option which we did. Then in the next day it turns out that the so called "Ticket provider" only accepts direct bank transfer, which is already sketchy. The ticket price is too high for a direct transaction with my bank which is also closed due to public holiday. Thats why we called and inquired if there are other payment options, such as charging our debit.They did mail like 5,7 times that i need to pay immediately as it was weekend so i could not then every half an hour i used to get a mail if you will cancel then you need to pay 100 euro extra, you need to pay before 3 pm, then another mail before 5 pm. As i am a student i have financial restrictions i had mentioned all details of mine but they could not debit it.if you could not debit credit card why you have given option there, it is just scam to debit money from customer.
The person on the line never answered any of my questions and was so rude! The only line he could say was "look at the mail"....this is not customer support!!!
Such a rude and belitteling attitude with the audacity to tell me not to raise our voice. You are not helping your customers, you are losing them with things like this.
And i asked where was my fault reply was " It was your problem not mine ".
And no where it is like if my booking date is after 3 months and i am cancelling it then i should not be charged anything but now they are saying 100 euro would be cancellation charge "
This is just scam to trap customer.
Credit card option has been given from your side and then you are mailing me that payment can't be debited from credit card. Balance is there everything is there. And another thing is i saw cancellation process it is clearly stated that we can cancel ticket if it is confirmed with in 14 days of booking, no charge would be there even delivery charges would be refunded.
In my case ticket also didn't get confirm for what i would pay 100 euro i am student here, 100 euro is huge money. It is just process to make fool customers
