We couldn’t print voucher in english, which was a bummer, since we were traveling to UAE where no one speaks german.

Good solid service and very user friendly app. My regular go-to for rentals.

The experience was very good, everything is clear and easy to navigate. There in only on downside of the experience, you could consider the possibility to have a site also in English language. Otherwise all good:)

We are NOT happy at all!!! We booked a car at 19h15 in Toulon railway station and the Europcar office was closed so we have NO CAR! I called three times to your offices and we have no solution. 1,5h after arrival at Toulon, we still have no solution ! Your offices don’t take responsibility and point to Europcar. Europcar says that you are responsible for the renting process. Your officer gave me first the wrong number of Europcar. This is no service! We want a compensation for this and a fast solution. I was a loyal Billiger Mietwagen customer, regularly recommending them to friends. My last rental, however, was a disaster. I was charged an extra €250 for being 1.5 hours late, despite informing the rental company of a police-caused traffic jam. Billiger Mietwagen offered no support, simply stating, 'It's not us.' If they don't support their customers when issues arise, what's the point of booking through them? I won't be using them again.

Vehicle was not clean, had spots on the seat. Was very noisy and tyre not calibrated.

Made a request to change and took ages to revert with a solution.

I asked for the Branch Managers email, no response.

Great service in spite of delayed flight.

I was able to find a vehicle that meet our needs at a very good price for the area. The rental employees, however, attempted to upsize me from a vehicle I did not reserve to the one I did through some shady manipulation of there rental site. I didn't fall for it but a friend unfortunately did.

I rented a car in Fuerteventura through Avis/Budget. Everything was absolutely fine from Billiger Mietwagen, but Avis totally let me down. The operator entered my year of birth incorrectly - it can happen. On the small screen, the operator and I missed the error when checking. That's why the company charged me over €136 extra for a driver aged 6 (!!!). No checking for obvious nonsense! I complained about their undoubted error within 30 minutes by email - it was left completely unanswered. I called Avis 6 days later, they reluctantly promised to refund the money within 7 days. Today, 9 days later, nothing has happened. So it cost me 70% more to rent a car than the agreed price. Plus a lot of time completely lost trying to sort it out. My recommendation is - avoid Avis. I will.

Straight forward. Easy booking. Hope it will be as easy to get the car.

I didn't have any issues. It was the best price and everything was convenient.

Although not all companies value you as customer when you have prepaid in Europe ( bad experience with Hertz!) we had great experience with ALAMO for 2 years. I guess the fact that you have prepaid already doesn’t allow them to charge for additional stuff and doesn’t give them a bonus.
The entire procedure with Billiger Mietwagen was convenient and was decently priced. I had to call one time and got immediately a customer representative on the phone who could answer my question.
