Lies about delivery and bad customer service
Bought a sweater with release on 29/9. Today (7/10) still not sent and no proactive information about the delay. Sweater still being shown with a 1-2 day delivery. Not possible to get any information from customer service who just claims that
"The display of the delivery time in the store is unfortunately not meaningful if the item is not yet in stock, even if the release date is already in the past."
How shameful to blatantly lie to customers like this!
I was offered to cancel order but that is not an option isnce I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter who will now be very disappointed
