I am building a Surly Steamroller so I ordered a wheelset and a freewheel. Remembered that I forgot a BB so asked via email suggestions that would go best with my setup. Got a quick response and added the BB to the order. Everything arrived on time, well packed and with no problems. Will order again definitely.
Purchased some pedal straps 29. june.
3 days later they tell me the product is out of stuck, but they think they'll ship it next week, which was fine with me: "The Ynot Straps are out of stock right now but was reordered. I think we will shp your order end of next week."
40 days later I still hadn't heard anything from them, so I contacted them and cancelled my order..
Probably the worst shopping experience I've had. They went silent for almost three weeks after I made the order and only after numerous tries of reaching them on Facebook and email wrote to me that they don't have half of the parts I've ordered. Then after another week or so waiting they've finally sent me the order saying there will be one item missing. The order arrived with three items missing. In conclusion, I've wasted a third of the biking season dealing with them and at the end didn't even get what I've ordered.
