I cannot rate BikeLightUK highly enough, their customer service and communication is second to none. I have a Magicshine MJ-906GB that developed some operating issues and was close to being out of its warranty period; BikeLightsUK came to the rescue and liaised with Magicshine China on my behalf to get it fixed – the light was returned to China for repair but to my surprise they did not repair it but sent me a brand new replacement. All in, it took just over a month to sort out but BLUK kept me informed all the way. I cannot go into too much detail but BikeLightsUK have made zero money from me and have helped me out just because they are a decent company with great customer service.

substituted Magicshine MJ-6038 with same priced battery Magicshine MJ-6096 5200 but I have had problems with the connection with this type before. Ordered specific battery because of these previously encountered problems. Too much hassle to replace but know this battery won't last as long. No email from company saying that they were doing this. Lazy and poor customer service

I bought a package of two Fluxient lights from bikelightsuk.com in October 2013, delivered very quickly and they've been brilliant and in regular use since (multiple rides per week in winter, I live in Aberdeen so no need for them in summer). A connection in one of the batteries recently developed a fault, so I contacted them to see if I could get this replaced under the 2 year warranty advertised on the website. I received a reply very quickly instructing me to send the battery in which I did, and today I received a confirmation that it was received, and a replacement has been sent out by courier and will be with me tomorrow.

This is top-notch service, I've had much worse from much better-known companies who are many times the size, and who generally fail completely to communicate what they're doing. A two year warranty is generous, and my experience proves that it's honoured. Bikelightsuk are fantastic, if I decide to upgrade/replace my lights they'll be the first people I go to.

I brought 3 Go Pro 3+ Black Editions & 3x 64GB memory cards, for use at my wedding (to save money on videographers) and grab peoples perspectives without them being able to see what they're recording. :-)
Customer services were brilliant too. I ordered these around 15.30hrs and received them at 8am the next day, considering they're based hundreds of miles away I thought this was exceptional.
I had no concerns at anytime, these guys are top of their game!!
