Continental GP 5000
While I was shopping for Continental GP 5000 tires in 30mm, all the other major websites are out of stock however this new website is in stock.
The purchasing process was straightforward. There was option for next day delivery therefore I pay extra for it thinking it will arrive on the following day because I ordered in the morning. However, I did not hear anything on the following day. I got in touch with the vendor and to be fair they did reply quite quickly and apologised that they are not able to dispatch on the same day. Eventually, I did get my tires two days after ordering.

Bought a Continental GP5000 STR for best price I could find from a genuine online store.
There was a problem with the delivery but the bike tyres staff responded quickly and politely to me (even though the issue was not their fault).

Very good price, very good product
A very good price on a hard to get hold of newly released MTB tyre. It’s also the German made version, not a far east production version as well. Decent packaging and fast delivery too.

Royal Mail were trying to deliver my…
Royal Mail were trying to deliver my urgently needed tyre at the opposite end of the country. I got in touch and they were kind enough to send another tyre next day delivery at no extra charge, so I could return the other when it finally arrived.

Ordered some bike tyres which were sent out by Royal Mail but turned out to be Royal FAIL ! (Never arrived) Contacted the sales dep by email which promptly responded and sent me another delivery out by 24hr delivery which I promptly received , so all in all, very good price, communication and eventual delivery.
