EDIT: As I can't reply to theirs, I want to underline they have lied in their reply to me below. They NEVER emailed me back in the past asking for more info, and they have not emailed me again after this review. All I want is my money back or credit for what Ive spent and not recieved. Chasing them and writing reviews is so tedious. I think they've just replied to this to make it look dealt with but they have not. I even emailed them again with no reply. Original review below:
Ordered tyres from here and they were handed to a random stranger on delivery so I am out the cost of the items, the delivery, the taxes AND I had to rebuy the items - it's cost me hundreds of pounds. I realise this isn't their fault as a courier, but surely their responsibility to refund and claim with the courier (I have a business, this is what I would need to do). As it stands it's entirely my loss. I have come halfway and said I would take credit as I know thats preferable for a business but I haven't been replied to in weeks.
Raised this with them, they sent me a form to fill in and then no reply. Raised it with PayPal who they DID reply to but only with tracking to show it was 'delivered' to someone who WAS NOT ME OR ANYONE I KNOW. Photo taken on the street.

Got an empty bag instead of a carbon fibre handlebar
Instead of the handlebar I ordered, they sent me an empty fabric bag. Tried to contact them via phone, but it's just an automatic recording that stonewalls you into their callback service that apparently has backlog of at least a week. I literally got an empty bag and am out for 269 € for it. Feels like a scam. This is not acceptable.

Ordered a few things i needed before leaving for holiday, the package came in very fast (to The Netherlands)
Sadly one of the items came in broken, probably during the shipment.
I send them an e-mail and got a quick response.
Without any hassle they shipped me a new item.
This wasn't my first order here, and it wouldn't be my last ^^

I have been a customer for many years…
I have been a customer for many years of BC, I can say is that they are a good online shop for bike parts. The delivery is fast, the price are also good they have discount from time to time for some items, they even sell a workshop version of the items that are cheaper than the normal price. Ordering online works well the customer is informed about the available and avilability of the item. The returns also works well. The customer support is also good. Over all it is a shop to go if you are buying bike parts.

Awful Customer Experience.
I have been trying to communicate that I am experiencing issues with my Garmin Forerunner 570 for weeks now, by emailing customer service. All my attempts to communicate this have been ignored.
Nobody is acknowledging the issues I am experiencing. Nobody has tried to reach out to see what we can do to fix it.
I run a marathon on Sunday (in two days) and now I do not have a fully functional watch for the occasion.

No refund almost one month after delivery
Returned an item almost a month ago as it was faulty. Tracking shows that it has been received 22-04-26. Have tried to contact the company several different ways (phone, complaint form, email) to see what the issue is. They have not replied to any of my correspondences. The crank cost €930. Theft!

Don’t order from Uk
I recently ordered a pair of Magura mt5 brakes alongside a pair of brake rotors, I ordered these to ship to the uk therefore I had to pay around £20 of shipping costs. My package was being delivered as usual having updates about where’s it’s been until I get an email saying my package has attracted customs charges meaning I had to pay £44 pounds for it to be released and then delivered to me. I bought a whole bike coming from Spain last year and I had no issues at all like this which is pretty ridiculous as surely a small package of brakes would be much easier and less problematic than a whole bike. In this scenario you’d expect the company you’d ordered from to pay this cost as it is in no way my problem and I’d already payed extra for shipping, yet the company said I had to pay it which is ridiculous, as this package now costed around £200 altogether with delivery I asked for a refund. Do not order from the Uk as they will probably stop the package and charge you for no reason.

For orders shipped outside the EU, prices are shown without German VAT. Any customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are determined by the local authorities in the destination country and have to be paid by the recipient.
