This bank doesn't even deserve 1 star after this experience.
We have been customers of them with our first mortgage, and now that we requested a small extension they made everything possible to assure we didn't get it.
We realized its because they were not going to benefit greatly from our loan.
They knew our deadlines for this request and twice we had to extend this deadline because they kept asking for more documents one day before we needed an answer.
This kept happening time after time, where they said they had all the documents, and last minute they "realized they needed something else.
We started the process in October, and we are at the end of January still without an answer.
In the end we chose to go with another online bank which approved our documents and had everything ready in 2 working days.
If you want to avoid a stressful experience and save you some tears, i recommend not engaging with bijbouwe.
