Been playing Bonanza for years. Sometimes daily with decent wins but for quite a while nothing. I have spent over an hour a number of times with no bonus. Why have they ruined a great game as people like me stop playing when its obvious not what it use to be. Very sad use to enjoy playing Bonanza.

Everytime i raise the stake and buy a bonus even if i do it 10 times in a row the bonus always pay between 1-10x everytime, its obvious something isnt right with this provider, if u ever buy a bonus dont start raising the stakes after ur first buys thats what they are waiting for, i hope someone looks into this company

Ok was a huge fan of bonanza lil devil etc, over the past year they have been a disgrace over a 1000 spins no bonus to be seen ,no big base games wins to keep you going just seems to bleed you to death after 1500 spins on 20p bet it bonused and paid 2.80. I stuck on it and in the next 400 spins it bonused twice one was 15 x and the other was 50x ,whoever is responsible for programming these now lethal bandits need to do something before all us bgt fans jump ship to pragmatic , where my low stake bets have returned decent gameplay and wins btg sort your programming out !!!!!!!

Do not play anything associated with BTG you will never return a profit. Bonuses, that's if you ever manage to land one pay 10x if you're lucky. I love bigtime. I think it's one of the greatest web3 projects to date.

One of the few games that players and investors can earn some serious monthly Cash.

My current net worth in bigtime is at $135,000 and I started with an initial investment of $40k. SO MONEY CAN BE MADE HERE!

It's great, you get to run dungeons, collect tokens, buy and sell nft's, use the real world eco design to your benefit. The gameplay is a lot of fun for a web3 project, but it definitely needs more polishing but that's why it's not "full release" status yet.

What you should know?

You should know that although this game is amazing, and you'll love the money you can make from it. (Right now, is a great time to buy in with the crypto market dip)

There are a few frustrations.

The game isn't the greatest with communication. The Mods in Discord and the Customer service both lack a certain level of professionalism that you would expect when investing so much.

Customer Service: Needs more people hired so they don't get backlogged.

If it were up to me, I would 100% fire and replace "LocoColo | Big Time" & "Yvonne"

These are the 3 people that I feel deter players/investors as they're constantly representing Bigtime.

Yvonne only shows up to showcase an announcement, but then will get after people for breaking "discord rules"

Discord rules: open to interpretation basically.

Yvonne can be discriminatory and predatory with who she picks on.

Batman just lacks luster with communication, although, I appreciate his bluntness, but could use coaching more than replacing.

Loco is a Mod, the worst of Mods. Sensitive to everything, constantly on people, timing them out, banning them, over the silliest things. If you put the wrong emoji, you get timed out, if you use caps you get timed out, if you sneeze, you get timed out.

Loco is constantly correcting everyone, instead of trying to assist and be understanding that people do have frustrations, Loco passively will take anyone out he so deems. Keep in mind, a majority of these players have over $10k invested.

Personally, with having so much staked in the game, I would say the one area of weakness is the face. And as long as Loco & Yvonne are representing Bigtime, I feel they lack accountability, professionalism, and the ability to actually help.

They do enjoy being praised tho and being sucked up to makes them extremely happy.

So, buy the game, get into it, make money, and just be aware that the communication and the representatives are crap.

Used to like playing big time games and would win often, but over the last year they have been awful. Golden catch and bonanza would be what I mostly play. I can play bonanza for over 2 hours without a bonus! A lot of spins in 2 hrs play and a lot of money lost, even when it does bonus it rarely goes over 100x my last bonus I got the extra 5 spins and I only got 19x! If you play on higher stakes it's even worse. Golden catch the same, rarely catch a boat unless it's a dead spin, if you do catch a boat on a win 95% of the time you get 1 fish worth 0.5-1.5x. Bonuses are really poor now, rarely get the multiplier over 10x and when i do its just one 0.5-1.5x fish every single time or just dead spins. On higher stakes just forget about even catching a boat or a bonus. Absolutely ridiculous and no fun to play anymore. Just feels like it's take, take, take, EVERY time I play. Feels like I'm being scammed whenever I play, how's that fun?

Did 40 , 10x spins ( guaranteed at least one special symbol ) , all 40 had 1 symbol. 38 were losses.

I’ve gone on to reach out to “Big Time Gaming” following every Avenue I can… (Twitter, Instagram and emails). To ask who is responsible for game pays; since the casino always states games are via their providers… (clearly one is hiding, is it Scamdom being true to their scam reputation. Or is big time gaming just down s*it creek right now?)

Scamdom refused to pay out the win and refused to give back my deposits.

Seriously, what has happened to BTG games? Has the RTP changed? It is a full on grind these days and the games bonus, if you can get them to bonus that is, pay pennies. Millionaire is dreadful now, more often than not fails the bonus offered at over 85% chance then dead spins you if you get it. But my review is Monopoly and to tell people simply not to play it. I am currently six sessions in with four houses on EIGHT properties and it still won't bonus. This is just a con and really shouldn't be allowed.
