Big stub was absolutely amazing
Big stub was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately my husband and I were unable to attend the comedy show that we purchased tickets for. But I got the tickets insured and I’m so happy I did.
My husband went to the ER days before the event with head pain and loss of movement on his right side. He ended up having a mass in his brain. He had to have emergency brain surgery the evening of the event.
I filed a claim with the insurance for the tickets and gave them all the information they needed. They processed the claim very quickly and mailed a check out.
I would recommend big stub to anyone and insure your tickets. You just never know what could happen.
My husband is recovering very well but has a long road. Radiation and chemo we do not know until the biopsy comes back. Please pray for my family and my husband Joseph.

I’m 70 and not that savvy on my phone, but Stub Hub was very easy to navigate and purchase. We ended up with a 6 month rescheduling delay and they were on top of the reminders and tickets when new event date finally came around.

Great show, common sense security
Great show. No problems with tix. While seats didn’t match auditorium layout it didn’t matter at all. Much appreciated common sense security in small town Texas. Great not to be obliged to go through prison visitor screening to attend a comedy show.
