Esperienza di acquisto ok. Merce consegnata ok, quaderni. Cerco di scaricare la fattura ma il link punta ad un indirizzo intranet, quindi niente. Scrivo una mail per chiedere di inviarmi la fattura non scaricabile, passati quasi 15 GG nessuna risposta. Tento di riaccedere al sito web, 9/7/25, sito in costruzione ( ?), inaccessibile.

Acquistato cover su Amazon. Il prodotto è di qualità pessima perché essendo troppo rigida i tasti laterali non si riescono a premere. Contattato l’assistenza che con tutta calma mi risponde che sono affari miei e che se lo mando indietro con il supporto in carta della confezione rotto (era impossibile estrarre la cover senza rovinarlo) mi avrebbe fatto un rimborso parziale. consiglio di non acquistare da loro
L’ordine è arrivato in brevissimo tempo, ma ahimè nonostante la confezione fosse perfettamente chiusa e all’interno di un’altra scatola ben protetta, il cellulare è arrivato con il vetrino rotto, sicuramente un difetto di fabbrica, ma ho scritto senza avere nessuna risposta!
