If I could do 0 stars I would do. I brought an expensive BIG MAX trolley and within 2 months it’s started to wear and brake. I sent a few emails and submitted a warranty claim as all spare parts are sold out. The worst part is the service, it’s horrific, no one wants to help, out of office emails are the wrong dates and only people who can help are off with no out of office emails so leaves you hanging. Avoid their products as once you’ve purchased your on your own.

I bought a golf bag for my wife. After a few months the bag stand mechanism failed. Big Max honored their warranty and shipped a brand new bag. Customer service response has been very prompt.

Acqua Golf Bag
Acqua Golf Bag, just over 2 years old and the Zips have failed on three of the compartments on the Bag.
I submitted a warranty Claim, and to be fair received a response within the allotted time frame given.
However Big Max are not prepared to stand over the product as it is just outside the warranty period. I want to highlight a Quality issue for anyone that is looking at buying one of these Golf Bags.
Outstanding Service
Recently contacted Big Max to try and get a replacement scorecard clip for my trolley. A tiny, but very useful part that I had inadvertantly lost.

I recently purchased a BIG MAX Blade IP 2 push cart and the experience from start to finish was outstanding.
Before purchasing, I reached out with a few questions and the team at BIG MAX was incredibly responsive and helpful. Doug and Michael took the time to answer my questions, share a comparison video, and even helped me locate a unit locally at the PGA Tour Superstore in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
What really stood out was the level of customer care. After I purchased the cart, they offered to send a cup holder and umbrella holder as a courtesy. That kind of follow-through is rare these days and says a lot about the company.
As for the product itself, the Blade IP 2 is fantastic. The design is clean, high quality, and incredibly functional. It folds down easily, feels very stable on the course, and simply looks better than most push carts out there. In my opinion, BIG MAX feels like the “Apple” of the push cart industry—great design, thoughtful engineering, and a premium feel.
My daughter and I both use it and it makes walking the course much more enjoyable.
Highly recommend both the product and the company.

Big Max gave some great products but…
Big Max gave some great products but the manufacturing is not faultless and customer service in response to issues proved, in my case at least, to be none existent. Fingers in the ears and "nah, nah, nah"!

in Spetember 2023 I was bought a big Max Aqua Tour 3 Golf Bag as a birthday and until now just over 2 years later was happy with the product. this was until, nearly two week ago one of the zips on the bag broke. there was not sign that this was going to happen. i submitted a claim to Big Max with all the relevant evidence and proof of order etc but was told that as the warranty expired the claim was thrown out. I do appreciate that the warranty had expired but i would not expect a zip to break on a book that is not frequently used therefore wear and tear would be quite low. No solution offered at all. they hide behind T's & C's. Be warned that this company with not help you if you have a claim.

Big Max Aqua Silencio 4 - never again!
Bought the Aqua Silencio 4 cartbag in April 2023.
Manufacturers warranty is 2 years and after 2 years and 4 months one of the zippers failed. Claimed at BM but they replied to contact the supplier. The supplier (Jumbo Golf) tried at BM but the claim was refused (warranty and quality only lasts 2 years). The shop (Jumbo) also did nothing to keep their long term client, not even grant a discount on a new bag. Never any Big Max again and never at Jumbo again!!
HEAVEN SEVEN G stand bag
Bought the HEAVEN SEVEN G stand bag at the end of Feb 25. After a few rounds, just over a month, the ladder locks on the strap snapped and the material at the top of the bag burst.
Had to cut the bag in order to receive a new one, so if you don’t have another bag then no golf until the replacement comes.
After receiving my replacement bag, the exact same thing happened after a similar time frame. Really poor quality bag made with poor quality material.

I purchased a Blade Quattro trolIey a few years ago and have always been very happy with my purchase. With over 30 years of experience using various brands, It continues to be the best trolley I've ever used.
Inevitably, after many years of use the trolley required a few replacement parts. Thankfully, Big Max golf offer several spare parts via their website. Unfortunately, after many months of trying; the replacement parts I required were seemingly never in stock from the UK website, but were readily available from the EU site. I was upset to find the Big Max EU cannot ship to the UK, and the UK operation is only a distributor for Big Max. They only carry minimal replacement parts for Big Max trolleys.
After several emails with the UK team, a very helpful member of customer service found the replacement parts salvaged from a warranty return.
I'd like to applaud the amazing work the UK team did in sourcing and supplying the refurbished parts. The Five start review is for the Big Max Golf UK and its amazing staff. Thank you so much for the fabulous way you've dealt with my problem.
I wish Big Max golf could resolve the issue of poor supply of spare parts for its UK customers. It appears many of the negative reviews on Trustpilot.com echo this sentiment.

Unable to get Big Max Blade trolly cup holder replacement.... they can't supply....never in stock cant get from manufacturer!
This is the last straw from this company. Around 70% of my blade trolly has been replaced due to bad design and poor construction.
Next time it breaks, its going to the tip!

I purchased an IQ+ Push cart from Big Max. After ten months of heavy use, the brake cable snapped up near the toggle, which is unserviceable. Design gripes aside around the brake, they honored their warranty and shipped a new cart in days. Absolutely impeccable customer service.
Big Max Dri-Lite Seven G stand bag
I bought a Big Max Dri-Lite Seven G golf bag through Clubhouse Golf. After just 5 months and fewer than 20 rounds, the material next to the handle (not the straps) had worn through, revealing a 3 inch hole. Whilst it was the area that would sit against the wearer's back when used with the straps, the tissue-paper like material should not have fallen apart in the manner it has. The shaft protection at the top of the club dividers have also worn through. The legs are also an issue - they are made of a very thin metal, and bent after catching the back of my waterproof trousers, whilst walking. Whilst Clubhouse Golf were trying to hide behind a manufacturer's warranty, Big Max refused to recognise the poor construction of the bag as a warranty issue. Of course, under the 2015 CRA and the threat of legal action, Clubhouse caved and are sending me a replacement, thankfully not another Big Max. I won't be going near another Bix Max item, because of both their design and build quality, and their lamentable customer support.

Bought a Big Max Big Max Aqua Silencio 4 cart bag at the beginning of September 2024. The zipper of the rain hood broke within 3 weeks. The manufacturer/importer does not provide a warranty because the bag was purchased from golftaspro and they are not an official dealer of these products. So that's just bad
1 star is too many, very poor after sales.
Bought an IQ 360 about 5 months ago. the quick look button on the side of the handle sheered off . Sent a request to Big Max asking for a replacement to be sent, at my own cost. They said it was a warranty issue and we would have to go through their website for a claim. It is very clear to me ,after several attempts to do this, that they make it so difficult that most people will just forget it and NEVER buy anything Big Max again ,like me.
I chose Big Max because I thought it was a premium brand, it is certainly a premium price but the after sales is quite frankly rubbish . Strongly recommend ANY other brand.I wish I had read reviews before buying .
