Returned a jacket and it is a month and half and I haven't received my money back. I am calling and nobody answer the phone, or email. What a shame !!!!!!! I will never buy from this company never again. It is a nightmare
So what was supposed to be free shipping ended up costing me the amount to return the clothes plus they charged me for the initial shipping cost. Bigmansland would not refund the cost of shipping to me even though they were the ones who sent shirts that were the wrong size. I had to jump through hoops to get my money refunded for returned items....having to constantly email them versus talking to a real person is just poor customer service. Ben needs to run his business having a little bit of customer service skills. Will not be a returning customer and have informed enough of my friends not to do business with them sue to their poor customer service.
