Ordered this shower tower to replace the one I had that hardly worked. From ordering to delivery was very quick, well wrapped and our plumber couldn’t wait to install it.Very satisfied with it. Can now use all the settings at different times, only had the shower head before.

Accidentally ordered the wrong shower enclosure and Stephanie was fantastically helpful in resolving the issue by setting me up an account and adding all of the necessary products to a basket for me. Great service.

I ordered the wrong end panel for my shower enclosure so had to contact to resolve this.
Shaunna has been so helpful doing this.
Passed on a link to correct one, arranged collection of wrong one then also passed on my contact number to courier who had incorrect contact number.
We install kitchens and bathrooms and I don’t normally buy on line as it’s problematic exchanging anything but now will certainly buy again from yourselves.

Email communication for Delivery was very good Delivery its self give my a time slot and the driver was to the minute! Friendly driver,shower its self was easy to assemble.very happy with the cool design and value for money highly recommend this product and company.

Got so many products and mine was an a combination of sizes. Kelly was very helpful and after I explained what was needed she kindly put the all in a basket, so all I had to do was register and pay.

Had a couple of missing items from the box, messaged via WhatsApp and spoke to Kelly- she immediately sent me a replacement, excellent customer service and great product

I don't normally leave reviews, but on this occasion I felt I need to about the fantastic customer service I received . I contacted The Big Bathroom Shop about a problem with an item I had purchased sometime ago, but was covered under warranty. I was lucky enough to be put in contact with the lovely Lea. She was one of the most helpful customer service agents I have every dealt with. From reporting my issue to her on Monday, she arranged to have the replacement parts ordered and they were delivered by the Friday morning of the same week. Outstanding customer service from the Big Bathroom Shop and Lea for their after sales service.

I purchased a new replacement shower -- mixer plus rigid riser -- only to realise (thanks to my excellent plumber) that I just needed the mixer. I contacted BBS to organise a return with some trepidation, given that it's (ahem) often easier to deal with a company's Sales than Returns! I needn't have worried. Lauren handled my enquiries quickly and efficiently. 24 hours later, my rigid riser is on its way back to BBS. Many thanks Lauren... you're a credit to the company and its brand!

Had a problem with new shower had a chat with somebody called Shauna D she helped me get sorted I’m not very good at this so she was absolutely brilliant her patience whilst I struggled on phone was amazing I will you the sop again just because Shaunna was so pleasant thanks again

Great items, however I had an issue with my order. I spoke to Stephanie via online chat and she was super helpful and had the issue resolved in about 10 mins. Issue's can happen with any company, but I felt really looked after by Stephanie to ensure I got what I needed in a timely manner.

Ordered toilet and cistern both delivered same day. The toilet pan arrived broken which was no fault of the stores. On phoning they offered a full replacement or full refund. They was very polite and understanding.. Thankyou bigbathroom shop for all your help.

Bang shower and screen and the service was fast too.

Karen was amazing. Im 90% through an 8 month renovation which has been a nightmare from start to finish. Karen assisted with a problem with the best customer service techniques. Calm, adult, non-defensive and timeous. Thanks Karen you really helped what was a stressful day become much easier.

Issue with faulty shower that brought a few years previous, this was rectified very quickly with new sent out. The customer service was very good

The quality is very good all fits as it should the only problem was the delivery was ordered for delivery 8am to 12noon but arrived at 16.05

Ordered a shower tray and screen which looked fabulous
I stupidly ordered the the wrong size of tray so started a chat to change order. It’s frustrating there is no phone number but Stephanie responded online. Unfortunately they were unable to edit order ( despite it not being dispatched) so ultimately I had to cancel the order. Customer service was brilliant and I received email notifying me a refund would be processed and 3 days later it was in my account so couldn’t fault customer service. It’s just a pity they couldnt be more reactive and edit my order.
