Great service great speed good communication and a solution for a problem

Great service, easy to track progress (purchase, arriving in USA warehouse, dispatch, arrival in Australia) and good follow up by BAB. Luggage item arrived in excellent condition. A great way to purchase an item overseas when the supplier does not provide that service.

I ordered a Coach Erin Shoulder Bag through Big Apple Buddy. Everything went very smoothly. They were very responsive to my request because the bag was not available on their website, but they were able to order it for me. The package tracking was excellent; I was able to track the package throughout its journey to Belgium. I am delighted with the service.

Excellent experience. Unfortunately when my item was checked by the BAB team it had a quality issue, and so did the replacement! To be clear, this was a quality issue with the supplier and NOT BAB. I was so relieved to have the BAB thoroughly inspecting my items before forwarding, as trying to return them from Australia would have been very annoying and probably expensive. The BAB handled the returns and inspection of the replacement items with excellent communication and without a hitch. 3rd time was the charm and I love my item. Absolutely 100% worth the service fee going through BAB. Thank you BAB team!!

Bought a galaxy XR headset from Big Apple Daddy last week. Ordered on the Thursday, imported over the weekend and delivered on the Monday. Fantastic service and they kept me informed off exactly where my package was in the delivery process at all times. Really great service, would definitely use them again.

Product is faulty and they will not take it back. I am inside the product companies return window but apparently not theirs.

I can no longer get the Chaco sandles in Canada. They are the only brand that fit me properly and provide the much needed support I need for Achilles and Plantar Fasciitis issues. So I ordered 2 pair. The shipping was expensive, but nothing to be done about that. Received very quickly with a follow up email to ensure I received them. Very thoughtful extra gesture.
