Great service from start to finish. Office very quick to arrange survey and go thru options for Bio-fold door, guiding me thru until we came to the final solution. Jelly and Bria the two installation guys were great, very friendly, covered everything up so nothing got dirty and even helped move furniture and put it back in place when finished.

From the initial point of sale to the installation our experience with Bifold has been excellent. First with Haaj (the owner) who was so obliging on a bank holiday and then over to Sam who was very patient and helpful during the sales and technical process. Finally we came to the installation stage and the team led by Jelly did an excellent job. Jelly went beyond and was a great help!! A true credit to the firm!! Thank you Bifold!! Jelly & team did a sterling job installing our sliding glazed doors in our loft extension dormer, including lifting 100+kg panels up two flights of stairs! Care was taken throughout install and right to the very end by taking the extra time to properly protect our new doors from the ongoing building work and suggesting some glass care/cleaning tips too! Looking forward to being able to enjoy the full aspect the doors will offer us once our scaffolding comes down - thanks again Jelly!

Bifold Door Factory is a really great company, not only the customer service and the aftercare is excellent but all the staff are wonderful too. Bifold Door Factory fitted our kitchen doors two years ago and returned last Friday to fit doors for our lounge. Bria and Jelly fitted our lounge doors this time and provided a fantastic service. Their care, work ethic and attention to detail was exceptional. Our doors look superb too! I highly recommend this company.

I will be honest i dont generally write reviews im too lazy, but this really is a Great company, would very much recommend, we got some massive sliders and the rest of the house fitted, great communication from Dean during the ordering process and Gopi and Harpreet were a great pair of fitters.

My large bifold doors look fantastic - well made, strong & good quality. Solar glass is very clear. Overall good service from beginning to end with Sam, only minor hiccups. The door was fitted by Harpreet & Gopi who did a good job. I would recommend this company.

Bifold Doorfactory have replaced all the windows in my house recently with new aluminium, including large sliding doors and skylights in the kitchen. The finished job looks fantastic, really stylish, modern and robust. Gopi and Harpreet fitted the final pieces of glass today and were really professional and nice to deal with.

Couldn't be more pleased with BFDF who installed our two pane slider door yesterday. Cosi was friendly, methodical and very experienced. His attention to detail was much needed when one of the wheels was not up to his high standards. He insisted on checking and changing for a new set even if this means he needed to return to base and worked late to finish. His actions meant less hassle for me and saves everyone time and effort in the long term. I am very happy and grateful.

We had large (2.9m tall) Schuco bifold doors installed four years ago by the Bifold Door Factory. They have been fantastic, working perfectly until we noticed one of the windows was misting up in certain weather conditions.
I contacted Deepak at the Bifold Door Factory explaining the problem.
He replied immediately and ordered a replacement unit.
There was a delay in the supply of the glass due to glass supply problems. We were regularly kept up to date by Deepak.
Once the unit arrived Deepak arranged installation.
This was done very efficiently and cheerfully by Jelly and his colleague within an hour at 07.15 on a Sunday morning.
